The Resort had a "Travel Club" and they were relentless about getting us to join. Inviting us to go to a meeting, we had limited time and this was very annoying. I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.

When I booked a flight with them to Amman this time I was told I would have 2 checked bags per person, come two days before the flight and I get a call from Jett travel telling me that I actually only have 1 checked bag per person, when I asked why this was I was told that it was to "help save me money". Why is it any of your concern to save me money? I ended up having to take an extra bag just so I could fit what I had with me, a bag that cost me $350 extra. So much for "saving me money". Very shitty business. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS
