Why is it any of your concern to save me money? I ended up having to take an extra bag just so I could fit what I had with me, a bag that cost me $350 extra. So much for "saving me money". Very shitty business. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS

I find it curious that the website says "Every service we offer is completely FREE with no hidden…read morecharges" yet we were asked to pay a $100 per person "planning fee" for the bare minimum of pre-work that could have been done through the Disney park app itself.  Did not enjoy the process, did not see the benefit of using this service (but acquiesced because family members were using it and we could not be added to their plans without paying the fee), would not repeat or recommend to others.  They'll also ask you for your Disney account password, which should never be shared or disclosed from a security standpoint.   Download the Disney World app and take a little time to save yourself the $100 per person "planning fee" charged for coordinating "the Disney dining and Fastpasses" which can all be done quite easily, it turns out, from the robust app that Disney has released for park visitors. 10/10, would recommend the app to anyone.

My his son (21) was able to book a cruise for him and his girlfriend (20). Someone warned her she'd…read morebetter check if she will be allowed on board because they have a strict policy that if youre under 21 you MUST be married to the person you are traveling with or someone related over the age of 25 must travel with you. His GF called and they confirmed this and she said we'll we need to cancel and she was told they can't. The confirmation literally stated you have to be between 18-21 to book. The rep she talked said yes that is true but you can't travel without a relative over 25 and we will NOT refund your tickets. Had they not looked into this they would have been rejected at boarding. I Hope to get people to stop using Carnival until they make their policies more reasonable, My son should have been warned of this at booking. Very ANGRY

The Resort had a "Travel Club" and they were relentless about getting us to join. Inviting us to go to a meeting, we had limited time and this was very annoying. I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.
