We found out more information from the Disney app and friends that recently vacationed there. Mary continued on a personal phone call telling the caller that her clients were just leaving after we just sat down. Mary made it very well known that she herself visits the Magic Kingdom often and actually just had returned, apparently she chose not to hook us up with her own valued information. I will never use Travel Hut again nor will I recommend it to my friends, we will do better on our own.

We drove an hour to meet our fishing charter (passing over 180 closer options in Islamorada where we were staying). We had a $10 fee to pay for parking. There were not adequate life jackets on board. The captain did not have a first mate, so my son ended up driving the boat to help him catch bait. He did not have the correct bait for the fish we wanted to catch. There were only two seats on the boat for a party of four . We had to pee in a 5 gallon bucket. Other fishing charters my family have been on had bathrooms on board. There was not shade on the boat as it was advertised. The captain drank beer while on our excursion. When I tried to reach out to Karen to share my concerns, she schedule an appointment. My husband and I arrived at the appointment about 5 minutes early. We waited for 50 minutes while Karen work with other clients. It seemed that Karen did not really care about our trip since it was done. I would never booked through this travel agent again because they don't care about their customers experience or safety. There are many options of travel agents to help plan a great trip. About Your Vacation is not one of them.

This is the worst travel agency ever for refunds! I had purchased this trip for my husbands…read morebirthday and his work didnt allow him to take time off. I called them and calceled and they told me that they would refund me everything except for the insurance. I was fine with that, after that I called again to switch dates and she made the reservation again telling me everything was the same as my first reservation. Month later we had a family death and once again had to cancel. They again told me that they would refund everything, that didn't happened they short me they kept the insurance money and it took them since June until October to give me my refund. I would call and they will tell me they are working on it and that they would call me back, this would never happen. Please pick a agency that has better service and of course that they keep their word. It was such a bad experience never ever again booking with them!

Our tour guide was a retired high school history teacher and football coach with all sorts of interesting stories about the region. We passed Mount Baldy, the "living" sand dune that moves, at Indiana Dunes National Park and made it all the way down to a good view of the Century of Progress homes before making our way back. We also got to hear all about the ship, the Emita II, which is a historic ship from the 1950s, and about how it reached its current home. It was also very cute that Captain Jan had the kids come up and take turns at the wheel on the way back. There is a snack bar on the lower level of the boat, and there are restrooms on board. Free parking is available a little walk away - walk towards the Lighthouse Museum, as the dock is behind there. Definitely a great adventure!
