I recently relocated here for work and I have a house to furnish from scratch, so I have been looking for cool pieces - decor, furniture, etc. I saw some mixed reviews on Reddit but figured I'd give it a try myself. Unfortunately, my experience was more similar to some of the negative reviews I had read. Every single person who worked there asked me at least once if I "had any questions" in a way that made it fairly clear that they did not think I was their kind of customer, and they literally followed me from room to room. Yes, I have visible tattoos, and yes, I was dressed casually because it's August and hotter than the surface of the sun, but that says nothing about what I can afford, and regardless, it costs nothing to treat everyone with respect.

Asked to speak to Manager or person in charge of scheduling and have gotten no response. With this unsatisfactory installation service, can not recommend them per installation service or response to customer needs. Customer interface is totally lacking compared to several years earlier when they were hungry for business.
