Rude communication with the owner, unprofessional staff and not even a mediocre cleaning job was performed. My toilets were not scrubbed, the floors were not vacuumed and dust was everywhere. I give grace as I am aware of the labor that goes into such a service however for what my bill was and what we received I Unfortunately have to not recommend this company. Was trying to find a service to help me "deep clean" my home and then provide a weekly cleaning. I had contacted Liz, she replied the same day with a spreadsheet of prices. 85 for regular maintenance and 135 for deep clean bc my home was less than 1500 sq ft. I had scheduled a deep clean for the following week. Which was supposed to be 160. Apparently my house was sooooo messy she had to up the price to 160. But wait..... this only includes dusting and wiping down stuff for a "DEEP CLEAN". If you want to actually clean... you have to add on stuff. So, at this point I was skeptical but I was referred by the acquaintance (my nail tech), who assured me "if I was unhappy Liz would come and fix the problem". So, I followed thru with the deep cleaning and add ons. I ENDED UP PAYING 242. This included the "deep cleaning" + oven, 6 loads of laundry, dishes and washing of windows. So, Liz told me I'd need 3 ladies to clean my house bc again it was "so dirty". Which I reluctantly agreed. Also, YOU HAVE TO PICK UP BEFORE THEY ARRIVE. The night before, picked up everything off the floor, stacked the dishes and swept. So, they only had to do was dishes, oven cleaned, laundry done & shower scrubbed. At this point, I was upset already but I felt like if they helped do my dishes and clean the shower/oven it was worth the money bc I couldn't (surgery). The day came. The came around 12. They sat inspecting for 30 min. I have cameras set up all over my home so I was watching. (I have child and like to keep eyes on him and the babysitter). I left and came back later. I was awestruck by what I seen. The dishes where not scrubbed but placed in the dishwasher or rinsed off and place on the counter. The fans weren't dusted. There was a McDonald's pickle in my bathroom shower. My son and I don't eat fast food bc its health issues. So, I knew it was from the cleaning crew. The laundry, I had already washed was folded but the dirty laundry that needed done wasn't touched. I was extremely upset. I had spent 242 for them to come neglect, the things I specifically asked/paid for. Liz contacted me a few days after to get me on the schedule. This is when I informed her, I needed them to come back to finish the job. Liz became passive aggressive and rude. Explaining there was 5 girls there for 4.5 hrs. First off, walking in and looking at the place doesn't count. Nor, does leaving for almost an hour to get food, count as part of cleaning. There wasn't ever 5 girl cleaning and they were definitely not there for 4.5hrs. I don't know if she didn't know, I had cameras or the girls exaggerated. I rewound my cameras multiple times to check. During our time of discussion about the job. She threw in my face that my house was "disarray" that it should have been cleaned "from the jump" "off rip" and "suggested I get regular maintenance". Are you kidding me? This was a cleaning service. It's your job to clean. If my house wasn't dirty, why would I be calling you? The way she spoke to me was demeaning and uncalled for. She deliberately tried to shame me bc I was unhappy with the services. I explained I had 242 for them to do the Dishes, which weren't taken care of. They were left on the counters. Clean the oven, which was wiped out. She tried to tell me it was "stuck on stains " and the oven couldn't be cleaned. The shower, which was wiped out. Not scrubbed. She replied everything had been done that was stated in " deep cleaning" but they didn't dust the 'light fixtures' (fans). And wiping down things doesn't count as deep cleaning. There was no laundry washed. Placing dishes in the dishwasher doesn't count as washing them. It wasn't even turned on. In conclusion, These girls are not qualified to clean and haven't been trained. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They're overpriced and do minimal work.
