Design: Design consultation was a little lengthy as the designer used old school paper design (legal size graphing paper with ruler and pencil) rather than the digital design I had hoped to receive. Digital design would have been preferred as it would have allowed me to more clearly see some minor things I would have changed in the initial plan, that wasn't obvious to me until the install took place. However, overall I'm happy with the outcome. Install: Actual installation process was quick and efficient. All my communications with the Company were positive, prompt, and amazingly polite. Installers had everything they needed and got the job done quicker than I anticipated and arrived right on time with a heads up that they were on their way. I was promised a tripling of closet space in the master and they delivered!! It's not only a functional space but it's now a pretty closet. We hit a hiccup in the laundry, but Dawn at Closets by Design quickly worked to resolve the issue. She sent her install manager out, he saw the issues and got them resolved. Dawn and her install manager followed up afterwards to make sure everything was right. I would rate customer service equal to the professional install I received. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is bc i felt that after they got my deposit the level of service i got from my sales rep diminished. They left holes in my wall and when I called to complain and sent pictures- they said they weren't responsible for any damage done during the installation and that I should have read the contract.
