I contacted a different A/C company to perform a routine system check. This company concluded that my system was in good condition and no repairs were needed. My system is working OK for two months now after the scammer tech C told me I needed ducts replaced for $750. The tech from Ridge Energy Savers tried to scam me but I outsmarted him. I do not trust Ridge Energy Savers because they tried to cheat me. I called Ridge Energy Savers and told them their tech tried to scam me out of $750 and I called them several weeks later and that same tech C is still working for them scamming more people. I hope they quickly go out of business for their unethical and cheating business practices.

They did decent work for us but both Ryals bros and SRM concrete left us with over $3900 in damages…read moreand know one ever took responsibility. Ryals bros said SRM should pay for it and SRM concrete says they don't need to take care of it. Both companies blame the other. I was told by Caleb that he doesn't think it's fair to hold a company he uses for concrete responsible since it's the only concrete company they have. SRM says we are too big to care. While we sit here with a 3k bill from Georgia power and 1k in driveway damages. Basically the SRM guy couldn't drive his concrete truck backwards. First he tore up our yard. Then while backing up he crushed our driveway drainage pipe. When a company came to fix it we found he had pinched our main power line to the house! So upon removal of the drain pipe the whole neighborhood flashed and we lost power. So almost 4k later in damages we now have 2 companies that work together but won't hold one responsible for it. I don't get it. I wouldn't use a company to represent my company that refuses to take responsibility in their own work. Companies don't care these days. This is proof. Screw the little guys. It's was only $3900 in damages which is "chump change" to them. We spent 24k on work. All concrete. I even bought them lunch everyday! ‍

Advised it might be an A/C issue not a plumbing one but would come out and take a look. Fortunately Josh was in the area and was at the house within 20min. Must be clairvoyant because after taking one look in the attic found it was my A/C handler leaking and not a plumbing issue at all! Gave me a referral number of an A/C company here in town. Offered to pay the after hours fee, but was told to consider it a courtesy call at no charge.
