After numerous phone calls, someone finally called me back and instructed me to submit a new application, which I did on August 30, 2025. Their website claims they process the application and get back within seven days, yet it has now been almost two months with no response despite multiple voicemails throughout September and October. In one of my messages, I even said, "I'm desperate and need to plan accordingly, so please let me know whether you're able to help." Still nothing. They do not accept walk-ins, do not answer phone calls, and as of today, they don't even have a working voicemail system -- you cannot leave a message anymore.
