I brought everything that she asked, looked them over and she told me everything up front---the costs and what to expect of the outcome. She is prompt and courteous and she did everything that she said that she would do. She always replied to my phone calls and text---depending on which we had agreed to and set up. She would let me know ahead of time if there were changes or anything else that would be involved. With Chi, everything was up front. She got my ticket dismissed and also refunded me like 90% of the fees that were refundable ( I think that it had something to do with administrative cost.
