I went there to visit the art studio and some of the groups. After the tour, I got to know one of…read morethe staff members, and there was a bedbug crawling up his arm. This happened a few weeks ago. No one seemed to really care....I wanted to talk to an upper sort of person about it. They should have closed that place down immediately and set up to call exterminator. This is a health risk to other people. That is an expense no one going there needs to bring home because of lack of responsibility. Unfortunately, that shows poor character as far as I am concerned. Perhaps I was not meant to go there, some sign I guess, from a bed bug. The staff member had to have me tell them- YOU SHOULD SAY SOMETHING...person was like um. yea...I guess so. My goodness gracious! People working there looked at me like I was nuts. People are bringing bed bugs there...and it's too expensive for them to treat, perhaps I don't know. Go at your own risk, not me ....I have experienced having those critters, and it's expensive, and to prepare to be treated is just awful. Irresponsible is all I have to say and lol I ran to the bathroom, shook off my clothes, and went. home to bathroom to put clothes in a garbage, washed clothes and sneakers in hot water, and dried on high. So, go at your own risk

I recently experienced some life events that left me homeless for a short time. I reached out here…read moreseveral times knowing they are supposed to offer help with these situations. The first time, I left a voice mail and never heard back. The next day I came in person and told the front desk worker what I needed help with. Nothing. The third time, about a week later, one of their peer specialists begrudgingly went on Google while I was there asking for help again. The other client/guest there at the time wound up being a lot more helpful. All this aside my general experience here has been that the employees don't care about helping people (ie. doing their job). They put up a vaguely friendly facade but if you actually persist in trying to get help from the services they claim to offer, they just kind of fade away. So I don't recommend it, certainly as a first recourse if you need help.

Not a great experience. Recommended by a family member for counseling. That part was fine, but not…read morewhen she began pushing expensive tests and supplements (not covered by insurance). At that point I got the sense that counseling wasn't going to happen without agreeing to the other things. We were also led to believe that insurance would cover the counseling portion. All in all we were on the hook for $400+ for supplements and $600-700 in office visits. This was with none of the testing. My card info was also kept on record, and at one visit (my daughter went by herself) my card was charged without my or her consent for 2 sessions. THIS IS NOT OK! No real response other than "Well, that's our policy." I understand this is an alternative form of medicine, however I asked a LOT of questions up front regarding cost, insurance, and treatment, and got vague misleading answers. I feel that their communication is poor and if asked direct questions she should be able to or willing to give clear answers.
