I came in requesting a simple strep test for my 3 year old. Instead, without a doctor seeing us first three other tests were run, one of which I was never notified about (RSV). The other tests cost $300. I had already spoken with my pediatrician who told us just get a strep test, I told this to the person taking the vitals before we saw a dr. They ran tests without my consent that cost hundreds of unnecessary dollars. This felt like they were just trying to run up whatever tests they could think of without communicating cost to me or need and ran a test they did not speak to me about beforehand to make money. The doctor was kind. Spent 60 seconds confirming my child has strep. Which I already knew from sending my doctor pictures and videos. This visit cost $500. The office manager was very difficult and refused to work with us or understand our side of the story and demanded payment immediately. This was the worst urgent care experience I've ever had. I know there is another urgent care in the area called Doctors Care - I should have gone there. Make sure you ask questions about the cost and what is truly necessary so they can't take advantage of you by making you pay for them for unnecessary tests.

They did NOTHING. Dr Lecher gave him a couple IM injections along with medications to help with the pain in his neck. He is the only doctor that cared enough to help. Though temporary, my son's pain level went from 10 to 5 and was even able to work a few hours this week. Many thanks to FastERcare

Nursing staff were good to him. Loved the nursing he received. But I will never forgive them for the way my Husband was treated, after his release. How he was roughly man handled (him in pain), how he was spoken to getting him to the car and loaded, the way he was treated. (it all has to be on their Cameras, if not deleted) they put him through so much unnecessary pain and dehumanizing. He cried. I will never forget that. His last memory of a hospital. It was myself and my Child that kept him from falling completely to the ground and help put him into my car. My Dear husband passed a few short weeks after I got him home. Surrounded by loved one, great medical care (NOT FROM KERSHAW) at home. Just the way he wanted. No I did not sue, do not intend to. No strength to do so. Still morning loss of my husband.

The first time was horrible, the nurses were nice but the doctor whom was on shift was a complete moron and didn't want to do anything. My child was dehydrated from being sick. We notified he had passed out as well, the doctor said "well... he doesnt have a fever and seems to look ok. Do you just want to take him home and monitor him?" No swab, no blood work, or anything. He just listened to him with a stethoscope. Unfortunately for him we didn't let him off that easy for the night. Unfortunately 2 1/2 years later had to return to this location in an emergency. 2 hours they literally had taken one person back. It wasn't busy, their was 3 people in the lobby and slow in the back it appeared. 1 hour and 10 mins in the back after saying they was going to give him a IV and still hadn't. I had to ask when he was going to get his IV, draw blood for blood work or do anything at all. The doctor got aggravated with his staff and came and did it himself. They couldn't figure out whom his nurse was suppose to be. The doctor was pretty good but due to having to run around and do others jobs he was overwhelmed. Nice guy, after over 5 hours they finally done the CatScan. Day shift nurses did better about everything however. Almost 12hrs later some bloodwork, 1 bag of saline and a catscan he was finally transported to a children's hospital. If it's possible just keep driving past this location and straight to Columbia. Their was a paper laying out in the room with some other patients information. SS#, Name, Address, as well as other information about them and information about the visit.
