It blows my mind how easily people ignore health concerns. I told the med tech I wanted my pap yearly and she assured me I don't need it. LADIES please advocate for yourself and find another place who will care for you! GET PRE-SCREENINGS every year even if you are young. I'm only 23 btw. here's my review from 2 months ago below I would not even give them a 1 star review. I made my annual appointment with them and I clearly stated to them that I had some issues to address plus receive my annual. We made it clear it an annual and not a problem one. Great I'm finally in for my annual visit today and 2 days prior I sprained my ankle. I come to the visit with a wheelchair and there are not busy like I'm the only one going in at the time and no one is in the waiting room. Facility is not wheelchair accessible at all and she watched as I struggled to get in with my husband. I go in and I'm not greeted at all. I say hello plus my name for check up. She goes back and then comes to ask if I can get on the bed. I can with my husband assistance when I get to the room the med tech or whatever she is has such a dismissive attitude. I asked questions about a Pap smear politely and she respond very rude. She goes back outside and comes to tell me that my appointment is being changed to a problem one which has a copay but that doesn't make sense. Does one only come to the doctor when they think they are healthy? Any concerns turn into a problem visit. In that case when does one even get an annual check lol. I told her how I clearly stated that with the receptionist who made my appointment and she's like it's your fault. Which it's not my fault it's your responsibility to make sure your receptionist are saying and booking the right appointment. Mind you all this time she is speaking there candy in her mouth that's she sucking and smacking around in her mouth. Literally so unprofessional. At that point I just left without seeing the doctor as I felt extremely uncomfortable with environment I was in. Lazy receptionist and Rude Med Tech. I do understand it's not her job to open the door but in the medical field especially when your facility isn't wheelchair accessible it's like common decency to help someone who's been struggling a lot to get in especially due to the carpet right in front of the door.

I highly recommend Dr. ShahParikh. She was friendly and took her time to get to know me. I also…read morewould like to shout out her nurse who was with her she was also professional and happy. The front desk woman was miserable but don't let that from seeing an awesome provider who cares for you.

I couldn't believe the next day while going home that I could clearly read the street signs without my glasses. Prior to my cataract surgery I couldn't read the street signs with my glasses. My second cataract surgery truly went so well, I didn't feel like I had anything done. I am so thankful to Dr. Walker for her skill and expertise. I must also add what an awesome staff they have in the office. Very efficient and helpful.

I had no other problems from my cataracts; no nighttime halos and rays when driving. Dr. Walker removed my cataracts, and my vision is now 20-20 and 20-25. HOWEVER, I now have significant problems driving at night. I have light rays coming down from traffic lights that extend into my car. I have light rays in my rear view mirror. There are starbursts from oncoming headlights. I see rays coming from my neighbors' porch lights, so I don't take evening walks. I can't drive at night without significant problems, and will not venture more than a mile from home. I'm completely disabled when it comes to nighttime driving. During the day, I sometimes have "fluttering." It's been 7 months since my surgery, and Dr. Walker has no idea why I'm having issues. She says I'm "seeing better than I ever have," referring to my prescription change, but completely disregarding the major problems I'm having. I would gladly wear contacts again if it meant I wouldn't be going through this ordeal.
