I may have only waited 10 days between the second and third visit (which the third visit should not have even been necessary, but whatever) but I still had no results from the third visit! Here is a timeline of my visits: June 24 July 19 (25 DAYS, OVER TWO WEEKS) minimal results from first appointment - tons of movement in my face that I specifically requested to address July 29 (10 DAYS) zero results from second appointment (and zero results from this visit too) This review was written August 18, which is plenty of time for the neuromodulator to kick in after that experience (20 days). Regardless, as I type this update on October 3, I can tell you I did not experience ANY results from that third visit. I refused to put myself through another expensive visit with no results, so I didn't go back for a fourth visit. So I am still sticking by my original review. I've attached photos to confirm the timeline. Instead of believing patients who have had a poor experience, this place chooses to act like we are all idiots because we want something we paid for with a skilled injector who knows what they're doing. There is literally NO reason for me to have NO results between three appointments, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I had FULL movement in my forehead. The owner said Breanna likes to give patients a "natural look" which I guess means you're still going to have heavy movement which will lead to more wrinkles and spending more money at this place for all touch ups. I have never experienced this anywhere else and being upcharged for what's either diluted product or an unskilled injector is crazy. Plus all the other places also charge by the unit too, and I have basically never been charged for a touch up. I will be telling EVERYONE not to visit this place. My son recently had his first keloid removed, and the dermatologist took the time to explain every step of the procedure directly to him. As a parent, I truly appreciated that he treated my son with respect, answered our questions patiently, and made what could have been an intimidating experience feel calm and reassuring. The procedure itself was quick, efficient, and expertly performed. I was especially impressed that the tissue was sent to pathology as part of a thorough standard of care, and that we left with a clear plan for follow-up injections and long-term prevention. As someone who struggled with keloids myself when I was younger, this procedure meant more to me than I can express. I wanted layers but because the hair was already cut so short I couldn't get layers as it would have reduced the length further more. I was so upset with the service. I was offered no apology whatsoever and instead the head staff told me maybe we should put water on your hair and ruin it even more for wasting our time! Although I had an overall good experience there, when I went for my 18ish month touch up, the owner of that business seemed distracted, didn't really care to listen much and overall the whole service felt like a rushed, assembly line transaction. It's been 18 months since that last touch up, so I was due for one. My brows started to have that washed out look, but I just didn't feel compelled to go back to the original artist (although the color boost would have been much cheaper.)After following Good Brows on social media for a few years, I decided that Simone's work had a softer, more natural look that was much more aligned with my taste. So I inquired and she soon followed up to set up a consultative call after I sent a picture of my brows at present. My appointment was set up on that call, which was about 6 weeks away. I made a non-refundable deposit at that time and then received more pre-appointment instructions the week of my appointment. I must admit, there are a lot of details to read and pay attention to when it comes to policy - which is either a sign of a meticulous and detailed business owner, or potentially someone so particular that flexibility may not be at the forefont when it comes to collaboration. Luckily, all of these details are just so that Simone can maintain a high level of professionalism in running her business and ensuring that her clients receive the standard in care and artistry that they're paying for. On morning of the appointment, I gave myself plenty of time to ensure I wasn't late (there is a $150 rescheduling policy if you're more than 10 mins late.) She texted me right when I was arriving, which was a few minutes early to let me know I could come in if I was waiting, so we were able to start right on time. The studio space is warm and beautiful, adorned with gorgeous art (if you're lucky, she may tell you some stories about the pieces.) She then sat with me to talk about my concerns and interests. She's a good listener - genuine, intentional and collaborative in ensuring that what you like is what she delivers. When asking about how nano strokes might look over time, she was honest with me and level set expectations. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that kind of transparency -it's refreshing. She ended up cleaning up my brows, color correcting and adding a few strokes to the front and I tell you - I feel brand new (even fresh out of the chair, which we all know can feel a bit alarming before the color softens up in the healing process.) Additionally, it was evident through our conversation throughout that Simone is a beautiful human - inside and out. I enjoyed our chat and loved the result of her work. If you're in limbo, I suggest you go for it but have a good sense of what you're looking for. Bring examples of past work that you may like or try to go in with an understanding of the overall aesthetics of what appeals most to you. Simone is an expert, so the quality of the work speaks for itself. When I asked to be rescheduled for the next week or weekend, I was told they were booked for the next 3 weeks and they could not find time to fit me in. I had two events I wanted the lift for - attending a wedding and my birthday(2 weeks apart). I scheduled the appointment 1 day before the wedding and could not have them done for that event - which was not ideal but fine. When trying to reschedule to at least have it done before my birthday I was told they were booked solid. Very poor experience
