Because this is everything you want in a shaved ice place…read more --- --- --- Last summer, I wanted to visit Lottie's, but I waited too long and saw that they shut down right before school starts back up. So this summer, I made sure to visit right before the buzzer: we went on the very last day they were open. But they were definitely not just winding down for their last few hours - it was like a party here. When I first walked up, I was told by a very enthusiastic, and very out of breath girl, that I could play against one of the staff members in a game of pickleball or connect 4 and win a free snow cone. I had my son with me and couldn't really lose sight of him while involved in a competitive pickleball game, so they suggested connect 4. They even gave my son something to color while I played. Well, I blew the game and lost. But they still gave me a free shaved ice anyway. And by the way, it was awesome. I will definitely not be waiting until the last day of summer to visit next year. They have approximately 487 flavor options and they use blue bell ice cream if you so choose to add that. We sat at a picnic table and went to town on our deliciousness as we watched people playing games, listening to music and living their best summer lives. I now understand why the reviews are so great here and am looking forward to May already!

And I'm glad we did. There was plenty for us to split and it came with a bag of chips. So yes, plenty. The Dip was hot and roast beef very tender. Good ajau sauce. Great light lunch. We didn't know their hours but they quit taking orders at 3:00. We walked in at 2:45. Got great service and food fast. Next time I'm gonna get ice cream too.

What the shameful part was that the employees were very unfriendly and disgruntled. I mean, how hard can it be to serve ice cream to patrons, especially little kids who are so looking forward for a treat. The world can be so cruel and harsh and unfair for these workers, to be so upset and bored at work. Do yourself a favor blue bell!!!! Replace and hire others who actually would enjoy working at a creamery/ parlor.
