In fact , I've only seen the coconut flavor once at Randall's, some 10-15 years ago. Also on display were America's 250th celebration, such as flag and the year 25p stacked. Plz see the attached photos. The ice cream itself was absolutely delicious. Rich n creamy. The pistachio. Flavor was also delicious. The decor was nice. Ice cream posters and stacked displays. What the shameful part was that the employees were very unfriendly and disgruntled. I mean, how hard can it be to serve ice cream to patrons, especially little kids who are so looking forward for a treat. The world can be so cruel and harsh and unfair for these workers, to be so upset and bored at work. Do yourself a favor blue bell!!!! Replace and hire others who actually would enjoy working at a creamery/ parlor.

The parking lot was almost full. When we walked in, a sign directed us to seat ourselves but before we could go so, lovely staff greeted us and engaged with us. We chose a cute booth in the back that was made out of recycled bus seats. Also next to us was a wall of honor/history/fun. Don't miss it. It's so fun! Our server was knowledgeable, and engaging. Based on her recommendations we tried the bacon (Yum!!) Biscuits (don't miss!!) ranch potatoes, hash browns & the chicken honey biscuits (wow!!). Portion sizes are large freshly made. They know what they are doing here. The owner was raised in the area, trained at prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and returned back into her roots to open the establishment, worth a day trip to see the bluebonnets and take in a meal.
