Despite being promised a "standard" case with guaranteed outcomes regarding my 50/50 custody goals, they did nothing but drain my finances and drop me as a client one week before mediation because I hit a financial hurdle after breaking my hand at work. Key Issues I Experienced: * Lack of Consistency: I was passed from Christine White to Braden Finch. I was told Christine was let go for not providing a strong defense, yet I was still billed $4,500 for her minimal work. * Excessive Billing: Braden Finch charged me nearly $3,000 primarily for reading messages on the "MyCase" app. He assured me we would handle the balance later so I could focus on mediation costs, only for Daniel Finley to drop my case the moment he returned to the office. * Empty Promises: I was told my out-of-state custody situation wouldn't be an issue and was "guaranteed" results.
