I highly recommend Clark & Sons Moving! I had a somewhat complicated move (from a warehouse storage unit to a third-floor walk-up in an older building with a last stop at a different storage unit) and these guys were real pros. Once they got parked and situated at the first storage unit, they made super quick work of getting about 2,000 square feet of "stuff" loaded into the trucks (theirs for the apartment and mine for the second storage unit) and onto my new place. The unloading at the apartment wasn't quite as fast as the load-in just given the nature of the building - winding stairs up to the third floor - but the guys kept incredible attitudes and found ways to make it incredibly efficient. Everything was packed with care and padding and strapped down tightly. The settling up at the end of the day was easy and quick and the team was very appreciative of the tip/thanks I gave them as a result of their awesome attitudes and work to get everything done as quickly as possible. Overall, start to finish from first location, to the second, to the third, it was 6.5 hours - with most of that at the apartment navigating the stairs with so much stuff. read more

The movers did a wonderful job. I was so pleased they brought 3 people & a HUGE truck. They were courteous, friendly, and considerate of where we wanted our belongings to go. I appreciate that they had a leader getting a plan set b4. Without everyone running around in circles. (Which is how my friends & I usually move). I am the type of person who hates stepping back & watching, but my body cannot handle all the bending and lifting like it used to. but directing them didn't bother them. I appreciate the help so much. Rates were standard & seemed fair. The truck was huge & didn't have any problem fitting all of my 3 bedroom 1700 square ft apartment (2nd & 3rd floor) - including one part of my sectional that had to be hoisted over the balcony, and items in the basement!! Nothing was damaged & no walls were harmed. Took about 8 hours, but it's so nice not to have to bribe my friends to help me move again so soon... we are So grateful!! Thanks guys! I moved recently from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment. Jared and Chris not only arrived on time, but they kept in communication with me the whole day and they added a short stop to pick up a piece of furniture from a family member's house for me. They were kind, and professional, and were the first movers to directly ask me questions about where things should be placed. They offered to move boxes to put furniture exactly where I wanted it. They were also incredibly quick and efficient. They didn't waste time and did everything in their power to ensure that items arrived safely. My mom has an antique cabinet built by her great-grandfather. She pointed it out to Chris who made it a mission that it was taken care of. He not only carried it to ensure no damage was done, but he asked me to inspect it upon arrival to ensure everything was intact. If I ever have to move again, I'm definitely hiring this company. read more

I'm really happy I worked with Clark and Sons Moving! Moving in the winter is already hard enough - moving the day after the city gets hit with an ice storm is downright terrifying. There was constant communication between Clark and myself, even though he happened to be out of town. He was flexible and accommodating and we changed the time last minute to account for the ice. His men arrived promptly at the new agreed upon time. They didn't bat an eye over the metal slippery stairs or the slush everywhere. (Or the appalling amount of STUFF accumulated between two girls.) Overall, they were extremely polite, hard-working and went to extra lengths to ensure all of our belongings were handled well and the move proceeded as smoothly and quickly. I had an incredibly awful experience with another moving company (Affordable Movers) who ghosted me mid-move. Clark and Sons were able to step in to complete my move with great results. These guys were amazing. They did all of the things that Affordable Movers did not. They were highly professional and extremely kind to me throughout. They worked together well, assured me they were there until the move was completed, treated my furniture carefully (Affordable movers were responsible for some terrible scratches on my furniture), brought in another worker when they realized they needed more help. I booked my reservation 2 weeks in advance. Brittany was very nice and provided great customer service during the scheduling process. She also called to confirm one day prior to move day. The three gentleman who came to move were Craig, Matthan, and Justin. They were very polite and took great care of my things when moving. I moved from a house, storage unit, and then to the new house. Took 4 hours to move everything. All three of them were efficient and worked great together as a team. Clark and Dylan just left and I'm already writing a review because they were THAT good. They showed up 10 minutes early - which never happens with movers in my experience. They were fast and finished in 2 hours like they promised. They were efficient and made sure everything was okay with me first. Nothing was damaged in my move from Walnut Hills to Hyde Park. They were very careful! I'm a 23 year old female and I never felt uncomfortable having them in my house while I was alone. They were very professional and respectful. Joe and Joey were my movers and they were so sweet! Even though I didn't tip as much as I wish I could.. they still didn't care at all to take down my old couch to the dumpster. They were personable and just wonderful guys to work with! I live on a third floor condo and lemme tell you.. that didn't slow them down one bit :) The only negative thing I could add is that when the boss called me to confirm a moving time--it felt a bit rushed and like I was just "another customer", but when Joey called me, he took the time on the phone with me to let me know what was going on. Brandon and Stephen from Clark and Sons were prompt, very professional, and easy going. I had four stops to make on my move, which I know is kind of a pain, but they had no issue with it, and found each place okay. They even beat me to two of them! Last minute moving need because another company's driver was sick. Great crew- polite and worked hard consistently. Didn't ask to take breaks. When they arrived they quickly assessed that they did not have the truck or crew necessary (we needed another 16 ft.). We went and rented another truck but they helped us fill it and empty it. Based in Atlanta I arranged remotely for them to move my 82 year old mother. I was a bit put off by all the in-your-face religious tomfoolery on the add, but they had great reviews and reasonably priced. I requested quotes from a bunch of places, these guys were amongst the first to respond, always a good sign.
