Hire them just for labor and not only did they not load a small 860sqft house into a 26ft truck they left several items out and damaged just throwing them around. I was left to hire an emergency company to u load and reload finding that i didnt even need as large as a truck per the request of the this company. They have no idea what there doing and just hiring whomever not properly training workers or holding them accountable. Its awful. All i wanted was a refund bc they provided no service but pain and suffering and only costing me my personal savings bc i had to move. Never hire them. Its great for those whove had a good experience, but for mine its just not worth the cost. NEVER HIRE THEM. read more

Avoid!! They mis-quoted the price of the move. Said they were sending a truck from the closest location but sent one from an hour away. So cost is way over estimate. Also dented my wall in the moving process. Awful! read more

I have just completed my move from Mt. Washington to Western Hills. The two young men, Abraham and Evan, were fantastic. Personable, polite, and very hard-working. They even did some "extras" for me, disassembly and assembly, and uncrated a refrigerator and removed the packaging without charge. The estimate was accurate, nothing was damaged, no floors or walls were scraped. They were excellent in every possible way. read more

Very disappointed with this company tried everything to get them to give me a refund bc they did not do at all what they were hired to do. Then after they stated they would not refund me. I tried filing a complaint with the BBB so future consumers would be aware. They tried to claim I was never a customer bc they never gave me any paperwork and everything i signed was electronic and I was never emailed any copies, but I do have copies of my checks. They were hired to load a 2 bedroom/ 860sqft house for 2 hours and everything was packed in the driveway lined up. Couldn't have been more easy. Not only did they not load everything, they thru everything in and broke/scratched several items. I was literally moving out of state the next afternoon and had to be out of my house with 1/4 of my things still in the driveway. I had to hire an emergency move company to come unload and reload everything and guess what not only did everything fit but I have so much extra room I could've rented a smaller truck. I was so upset and stressed by two men and a truck the lack of care, laziness its thee absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid them $450 for 2 workers to load a truck and they absolutely did no such thing. All I wanted was a refund and I know they make a lot of money with the money I had to pay extra to hire someone else. I do not recommend. They were a half hour late on arrival time (8am-9am) estimate but arrived around 9:30 and I am certain I'm the first customer of the day which is why I scheduled as early as possible. Items were slowly moved by hand rather than using a trolley or straps thus extending billable time. One box per round trip rather than stacking them all onto the trolly to save time isn't productive. After assurance that the bed can be disassembled during my call with the customer service, turns out the crew was clueless and ill equipped tool-wise on taking bed apart so I had to do it myself and then was damaged at the destination point anyway. I was asked to sign veiled pages of contracts during billable moving hours in haste. I would have preferred to read and sign them in advance. As a result, I wasn't aware that damages done had to be reported before the crew leaves. Billable moving time also inaccurate. After last of the item was moved, I made payment which posted at the credit card company 12:15 pm yet they claim move was done 12:45. I did wonder why the truck was still parked out in the parking lot when leaving much later and was concerned the facility manager would take notice. I tipped anyway since I can't fault the movers for lack of training needed to match the professional movers and it's Xmas. Soooo...Sticking with Johnson next time. read more

Our move went so well that it was amazing! The crew of Ben, Jesse, and John were all so helpful and nice, and they moved fast to protect & wrap our furniture! We gave them a nice tip! Well, maybe a one star is wrong. How would I know? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I had a reservation made a week and a half ahead after a 30 min phone consult with someone at their "central" phone number. She decided I should be moved by the Florence KY crew. She said someone would come on Tuesday to finish packing and to do a "walk through" and that the final move would be good to go on the following Saturday. I took off a half day on Tuesday to meet them at 1. At 2, no-one had showed. I called and was told, after some shuffling and searching, that I "wasn't in the system". At all. End of story. I was offered the phone number to another office, because Florence "wouldn't have been the right location" anyway. Guess what? If I wasn't in the system then, then I NEVER WILL BE. I am on my 5th residence in 6 years. Y'all lost a good customer... read more
