I have to say that the appointment staff for the Bushnell office has been wonderful. They are very professional and caring. I needed an appointment ASAP because I needed a scan for an area and found out i needed an additional scan close to that area. The scan facility is not near hear and the appointment staff was able to get me an appointment for the very next day in the Bushnell office so the doctor can make the two referrals at once. Norma Lora is worthless as a medical professional. Twice my husband has saw her, both times we've had issues getting his medicine. My husband is disable and she told him did not look disable. She is wanting him to come in every month, we live an hour away. When she was told he no longer drives so we need her to go back to the three month refills for him, and the three month visits, she asked him if he does not drive or work then what is he doing with his life!!! very unprofessional!!!! For three years he saw Noelle Mooneyham and not one time was there ever a problem! I truly do not know how this place stays in business. They are very rude. read more

Laura page was the best. She definitely knows about people with anxiety. I don't like the other one I see, she don't know about anxiety she makes mine go up. I don't want to always hear the bad news, don't tell me what I have or how long I have on this earth, just keep to yourself. Just send me to who I need to go, no one wants to always hear bad. Horrible business. Booked an appointment for a mamogram, but after paying the $100 visit, the doctor said they don't offer appointments for it and requires another $100 follow up appointment. The appointment was 1hr 30 late, and during the appointment my Fiancé texted her work to let them know they would be late. The doctor then lied claiming that they cannot be on their phone during the appointment due to it violating Hipaa (it doesnt). Overall the Doctor was extreamly rude aswell. read more

This practice needs a serious review and a PIP to improve their services. From the front desk staff to provider Noelle Mooneyham, they all need process improvement. It seems that the front desk staff is poorly trained and left on their own far to soon. I have had multiple issues with getting med refills, and calls are NEVER returned. Messages sent on the Clark Clinic Dashboard Page are never read nor do you ever receive a response. I had to physically go to the office more than once to have issues resolved. On one occasion in July, I needed my meds renewed but it was being denied because they said I was overdue for an appointment...but I wasn't....I was seen in February and had a 6 month f/u already scheduled in August. Incompetence. On another occasion I called and left a message, never heard back...I then sent a message on the dashboard, never heard back and after a when I didn't get a response, I went to the office only to be told that Noelle was on vacation. When I asked if anyone was responsible for reading/responding to messages or calls for her, I was told no, so I then asked if they just sit there waiting for her return and I was met with blank stares. When I had lab work or X-rays I had to ask what the results were and my last straw was I had a mammogram in June and the results were NEVER discussed with me. I then went for my August appointment to, in part, discuss my concerns, only to find out she was no longer in the office during the week, only on Saturdays and my appointment was changed to a tele visit with someone I did not know. When I asked why I wasn't informed, the answer was "I don't know". I do not know anything about the other providers but I do not recommend this practice. read more

Dr San Juan is great. The Sorrento staff is great My care from the doc is great. The problem is that the office is poorly run. No efficiency. This is not the staffs fault. It is poorly run from upper management. From the CFO down. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to see the doc or to get blood work done. They were extremely disrespectful throughout our interaction. They interrupted me constantly, disregarded my opinions, and even made rude comments. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They showed no regard for basic courtesy or manners, making the entire encounter very unpleasant. I don't know what business this clinic is in, but it isn't helping their patients. It took a week of constant phone calls to get them to refer my husband to a hand surgeon after he severed the tip of his finger. They. Do. Not. Care. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Losing a finger is traumatic and these awful people made it so much worse. Every call they would say it was taken care of, but it never was. When the surgeon got involved it was finally straightened out within a couple of days but it still took another few days. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor's office in my life. And I am not a young woman. read more

This place is horrible. They do not answer their phones or return messages. Had a f/up visit with them to go over bloodwork and an EKG my boyfriend had. He is not well so we were anxious to know these test results. Will we went to this f/up and they did not have any of the test results. They said they would call us later once they got these results. They never called. So we called them the next day left message, no return phone call. I called the lab place myself and they re-faxed the results again. Still three days later no call. I worked in the medical field as a MA, this is very unacceptable. They better hope these test come back normal! Because what they are doing is unethical. read more

After reading the reviews, I am wondering what these people eat, which can have a negative effect on their health. I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years....sometimes, the doctors move to another area, and, new doctors are on staff. You can request a different doctor at any time and they will work you in to see that doctor. Remember, if your cholesterol is high, you should cut down on fatty meats, butter spreads, etc., and eat more vegetables, without adding extra fats to weigh you down.....Do your research to find what foods are best for you, based on your condition.....I recently decided to try Campbell's Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup, but, you can add frozen mixed vegetables, like peas, carrots and corn, and, add some fresh brocolli, and the taste improves for the soup.......Try a tuna sandwich, with plenty of lettuce and a few slices of onions. There are no Doctors who can improve your health, unless you pay attention to what you are eating!!!! Read the labels on the containers...see the carbs, added sugars, and fats !!! Fiber is also a necessary nutrient!! Go for oatmeal....avoid boxed cereals with high sugar content....So, watch your sugar intake.....So, get a plan, and try it for a few weeks and see your energy imroves.....You may also want to take a Multi-Vitamin. Do research to see what meets your needs....And, for Older people, I found sprinkling about 2 tablespoons of Ground Flaxseed on your morning cereal can help with Dimentia or Altzimers.......So,, watch what you eat, to better your health....You do this for your pets, right? Update 3/20/2023 after getting fed up not being able to get follow-up care, tests, etc that I needed and instead having Dr DeStefano focus on my anxiety and gaslight me, I went to Langley Health services and saw Dr T who did a sinus x-ray where they found a mucus retention cyst/polyp, and then when I had a follow-up CT they found two. That was with only a few weeks of care with them. Clark clinic in Bushnell is a joke I have gone through unneeded pain and suffering because they refused to take my issues seriously and treated me like a crazy person. Unbelievble. I made an appt for my niece who just got out of the hospital in TX and needed wound care for a large open wound from her mid-back to her upper arm. I made the appt with a doctor. it was rescheduled due to the hurricane and when she got there, there was no doctor-- only a pa who didn't even look at the wound. She looked at a photo of the wound who god only knows how recent it was. the good thing is she made referrals to a surgeon and a wound care facility as well as other docs. I did call to complain that although i made an appt with a specific doc when it was rescheduled there was no mention made that she would not be seeing a doctor. when checking the providers, i see that none of their doctors studied in the usa -- well, except dr. clark did but i'm sure we can't get an appt with him. assume he's a figurehead. in any event, will be looking for a new primary care doc. truly scary that someone just out of surgery is seen by a pa who doesn't even look at the wound. read more

Please save yourself a lot of aggravation and find a different doctor. I'm trying to keep you from making the same mistake we made. I've never dealt with a doctor that you can't reach. You can't call the offices. You can only leave messages. Noelle Mooneyham is a ridiculous excuse for a "doctor". With two different topics, she told my son that she would do what was needed then later said she never told him she could do it. She gave me the "you weren't in the room". My 20 year old son isn't a child who may get confused. And that office is smaller than my livingroom. I heard the end of the conversation. She's arrogant and childish. She returned messages but gave no answers or information other than phone numbers for offices. So you're back to leaving another message. An impossible, worthless circle! Once she called and actually reached me, all she wanted to do was go on and on about how she's called several times. I told her to move past that and actually give me information. Then she gave me condescending lecture about letting her talk. I tried to be polite but listening to her was exhausting so I tried again to ask her to please move on. She speaks to you as though you're the crazy troublemaker. She started in on another condescending lecture explaining her actions. I tried to nicely ask if I could say something and she just said I was interrupting again and that she was ending the call. She told me to find another doctor...as if we hadn't already planned to do so. All I wanted to say to her was she could've given my son that explanation at his appointment. That would've been so easy. Before I hung up I may have also told her she was worthless and I wouldn't take my neighbor's dog to see her. I'm not sure I said that but since it's what I think, I probably did. She informed at the beginning of the call that she had a witness and I'm sure they were recording so they would know better than I. Not sure why she thought she needed a witness before she even called me back. Must be because she treats all of her patients this way. read more

I waited two hours for the doctor to call me inside there, and they never did, so I walked out there, pissed off ! they also will give you a paper to filled out at home, but the next day you go back there they won't even take the paper, they act like they don't even know you or maybe they just hate their job! I am a resident at Lakeview Terrace in Altoona. We are medicare patients and we chose CC as our primary care doctor when moving here. Almost two months ago my wife made an appointment and asked to be referred to an Orthopedic clinic in Deland. At the time, the APRN she saw, said we would need to go to another location for an x-ray in order to get the referral. We had already contacted the Orthopedic clinic and they said this was not necessary. We tried calling the referral extension at Clark Clinic and the voice mail was full. The APRN said this happened a lot. We tried several times over the next week to contact the referral person at Clark Clinic with no one ever answering the phone and the voice mail always full. Even after eventually getting both the APRN and the Clark Clinic on the phone, NO referral, even though each time we were told it would be taken care of. After six weeks with no referral, we finally gave up and have changed our PCP to a new doctor. This is the worst, most heartless, medical experience I have ever had. To make matters worse, yesterday I got a call from Clark Clinic asking why we were changing Primary Care Physicians. Apparently, NOW they care about us. The ARNP took 4 weeks of needless tests and incorrect diagnosis (said my husband was opioid dependent, completely untrue) only to finally order CT scans which confirmed cancer. Quality of staff is amazing! Everyone was friendly and efficient. The nurse listened to all my health complaints in a manner that made me feel like she really cared, not like I was just another patient. I hadn't even finished talking and the doctor was already outside the room reviewing my medical history. The doctor, nurses and office staff were thorough and very pleasant. My friend who came with me joked that she was going to ditch her primary care doctor and start coming to Clark Clinic instead. This "clinic" is about nothing more than turning a profit. My wife almost died because Clark Clinic failed to inform her to immediately go to the hospital upon seeing the results of a blood test, instead they made an appointment for her to come into the office two weeks later! This level of incompetence and gross negligence is absolutely inexcusable! Furthermore, a sleep study was scheduled three times, two of which the staff failed to show-up nor even inform the participants who sat waiting in the parking lot for over an hour each time. If there were a negative star, I would give that. This is not only the worst mmanaged Dr.s office, it employees the nastiest, most apathetic staff you will ever encounter. They don't call in medicine, they overcharge, they don't call you when you have an appointment and the Dr. isn't there, and will not follow up on preauthorizations, worst of all, they have attitude sewn into everything they do. If you need your medicine, this is not the office for you. The 'office manager', Jeannine speaks spitefully, and aggresively, to patients, escalating conversations to arguments because she has the ability to deny appointments, and leave patients without a Dr. She is an obvious control freak who must not have any at home, so she exerts it every time she can with patients. The fact that she is 'In charge', shows how little owners care about customer/patient care. I have watched her argue with patients, making her mistake, their fault. I saw a customer tell her they were overcharged , she told them until the bill was paid, they could not see a Dr. She also stated that payments on the amount that was overcharged, would not be accepted. As the customer left crying, knowing they couldn't see their Dr. for at least a month, she smiled. That's when I found another Dr. The physians are ok, except for one named Soto. He has absolutely no idea what he is doing, and constantly checks in with Jeaninne about what he prescribes. Nothing brightens her day more than being able to say no. Now on the other hand, they have an office in Howey in the Hills. They are efficient, and kind. I highly recommend that office. It's like the difference between night and day. read more

I have been a patient for the last 4 months. This has been my experience: 1: Unprofessional nurses and staff, functionally illiterate, rude and incompetent. IMO this is a reflection of the professionalism of the Doctors of this group. 2: Inability to return phone calls. NEVER!!! The only way to reach a person is to speak to billing. 3: The Doctors themselves... fair at best. The best way to describe this clinic would be "for profit", "factory/corporate medicine". 4: The physically facilities are unclean.... the place is dirty. Look at the floors, baseboards, bathroom... Have I seen worse, yes, but that was in very poor third world countries... and I must say I have been in third world doctor's offices that have been considerably cleaner than this place. Minimize your use, if you must (not may GP's in the area) and educate yourself on the health issue you might have, don't relay on Doctors and practices like this to look out for your health, because they WILL NOT!!! That is not what they are in business for.... Unfortunately, I remain a patient because their are no other GP's in the area that are any more professional and use them strictly for referrals, which to date they have been able to do, all be it at a very slow pace... must return twice with the same issue before they will refer you. They are upfront about it and claim that it is due to the insurance requirements.. My insurance says otherwise. You draw your own conclusions... Health care in the US is dysfunctional and this practice is a prime example. read more

Dr Clark is an amazing physician. He really cares about his patients. His staff is always kind when I go into the clinic.

I've been a patient at several area clinics and the Clark Clinic is simply the best our area has to offer. I did consider taking off one star because I have had problems getting prescriptions refilled in the past, but the staff at the front desk has taken very good care of me when this has happened, and it has been a very long time since that happened to me last. They are continually working to try to improve the service and care they provide. As someone with chronic health problems I trust them to take care of me when I need them. Their slogan is "We love our patients", and it is the biggest joke on the planet. On the poster with their slogan is a list of ways to help keep you healthy. Another joke, # 1 on the list is to try to avoid stress. They are a major contributing factor. My husband and I have put up with the inefficient office staff and nurses who never return calls, for 3 years because we love our caregiver at this facility, but enough is enough. If you want to go to this clinic be prepared to deal with the fact that you are only a dollar sign to them. They do not value your time and have no problem with making you wait while they call a staff meeting, etc. read more
