The owner, Roger, and his son Justin are my regular drivers for airport drop off/ pickups, dinners, and events. I always request their line of Escalades, but they also offer other limo options including a brand new party bus! Roger and Justin are always available, on time, and super professional. When I have a guest or guests with me they are treated with a professional and positive experience. Me though, I like to crack Roger up on my rides with him, lol. We've had some good laughs! But that's me. I engage him like a friend and Justin as well. These guys are top-notch! Book them for your events!

So I a mixed emotions on the review so giving the service 4 stars which is a combination of the…read more5-stars I would give one driver for a return trip and 2-stars I would give another drive for my initial trip. We recently requested service for a to and from trip to the airport. I reviewed the online site and the large escalade vehicles show hold 6 adults and luggage. We were leaving on a long trip and only took one bag per person so I would expect if the vehicle to hold us and our luggage and made sure I put in the notes about the number of five passengers and 5 pieces of luggage. The trip to the airport was more than uncomfortable to say the least and when the driver arrived he mentioned that he did not think we and our luggage would fit and offered no fixes or options. The luggage had to be piled to fit so that two of our passengers were crushed in a seat almost together. Then the driver got three separate calls on the trip, answering one of the calls on speaker with us in the vehicle talking to a client about finishing us up quickly so he can pick up another fair earlier than scheduled. Then he proceeded to do over 80 mph on 410 in bumper to bumper traffic to get us to the airport. When we arrived, I would usually provide extra trip over the standard 20% gratuity I had already been charged on my credit card, but did not feel the driver warranted the extra. He made sure to let me know that he was not happy about not getting extra cash and when I mentioned that 20% was already provided on my credit card charge, he informed me that "I will never see a dime of that". However, our pickup driver (thank you Javier!) was fantastic. Arrived punctually to pick us up, was very communicative about getting us with the least amount of walking. He helped with luggage and in/out of vehicle. He drove well and within the speed limits, he was conversational and very personable and did a great job. Would ask for him again and again. So you can understand my mixed emotions with this review and trying to be objective to allow Javier to redeem this rating. Thank you Javier. 12/28 Follow-up: Wow. Sure wasn't expecting anything from my review, but true to his word, Michael reached out, apologized for our trip, and refunded the fee. Thank you Michael and will be using again. Appreciate it.

The gentlemen that answered was receptive and informative. Which of course hooked me right away. After discussing the details he told me that someone from his office would be contacting me the next day to send me pictures of the white limo that I would be renting and a contract to look over before finalizing the booking. I did not hear back from anyone for 2 days. I was trying to be positive and thought, their customer service was so good they are just very busy. NO! that was my first red flag that I didn't listen to. I called and left a message explaining I had spoken to the owner 2 days ago and requested a call back to give my e-mail address to receive pictures,contract and start to finalizing the booking and put the deposit down for May 12th. Another two days went by and I heard nothing. So I sent and e-mail requesting contact. Again, I didn't listen to the signs. Three days later I received a contract from Ebonny Brown, Office Manager. I replied back explaining I was wanting the pictures of the vehicle I would be renting before signing anything. That took another several days. Finally I received pictures of a bright white limo Fully Stocked with Waters, and several different types of sodas. Well that looked fine. So I called Ms. Brown 3 times and left messages requesting a return call to finalize the booking and make the payment in full. After a few days from the last message I had left both on her cell phone and office phone I receive an e-mail someone from Alamo Limo stating Ms. Brown has a family emergency and they were sorry for the delay and if I would call the office to finalize the booking they would take care of it. Then I called the office number and left 2 messages. No return calls. I send a e-mail to Ms. Brown stating that I was concerned with the lack of followup on my booking and if they didn't feel as though they could provide the service I had been promised to please let me know and I would make other arrangements. I received an e-mail back from Ms. Brown assuring me that was not the case and everything would be perfect for my special day and that she was out of the office but would call me the next day to finalize and take payment. And finally something was done that they said they would do. They called for the payment!!!!! I gave her the address again and requested the limo be there at 4:30pm. No problem she replies. They will call you 4 hours before their scheduled time and introduce themselves and also arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time of pickup. My wedding day comes......... One hour before the limo is suppose to be there I haven't heard from ANYONE!!! With getting hair and makeup done and getting dressed I call Ms. Brown and tell her I haven't heard from anyone. Ms. Brown replies I'll call him right now and call you back. I hear nothing. Everyone I know getting ready to come to my wedding or already there. I receive a call from a very excited man asking me about my day. WHAT????? I am not in the mood to chit chat and I proceed to give him my address to make sure he has it. His response, I was just calling to confirm the address was correct.... Dude your already late, just get here!!!!! The limo arrives at 5:00. just the time I am supposed the be at the venue. I am texting people that I will be later than expected. I am trying not to cry. The driver gets there and my maid of honor go directly to the vehicle, the driver asks don;'t you want to take pictures? I looked at him, Are You Kidding?????!!!!! No, we are late. I get in and can feel the limo is very warm. My maid of honor starts looking at the buttons to lower the temperature and I start to look for water because I know I will need some until the vehicle cools down. THERE IS A 2 LITER BOTTLE OF COKE IN THE BACK THAT HAS BEEN OPENED!!! NO WATER, NO ICE, NOTHING COLD AT ALL!!!!!My maid of honor finally says to the driver, it really hot back here can you please turn the temp down? Drivers reply, sure! We are half way there on a 15 minute ride and I feel sweet starting to run down my face. The I see the 5:00 traffic that we should have missed if the driver had been on time. We arrive at 5:30 ( an hour late, and my photographer is outside waiting for us. We needed to get there at 4:30 so my soon to be spouse would not see my dress while we were taking pictures. We that surprise also went up in smoke. The driver asked me what time should he be there for pick up. I said 11:00. that's when everything ends. Driver replayed, ok I'll be here. 11:00pm outside waiting for the limo We stood there until 11:30........ NO LIMO

It's a 2001 Lincoln Town Car that looks like it was pulled from a junkyard and spray painted. Seriously. Look at the pictures. It was embarrassing to send my son off to his prom in this magnificent POS. They inside smelled musty too. I was praying it would get dark quick so no one could see how bad it was. I booked in February. 3 months in advance. Bumpers hanging off, scrapes and spray paint everywhere, missing lights, creaking doors and suspension. Do not do business with this company. Almost ruined my son's prom. When I called, he offered to drop the price to $100/hour. Said it wasn't his limo and he was renting it from someone else. I wound up paying over $400 and still feel ripped off.
