This was the worst experience. We rented a limo for my daughter's senior prom. Everything started out wonderful with the driver- who arrived early and dropped my daughter and her group off at the restaurant around 7:00. I had set an approximate pick up time of 8:30-8:45 and at 8:40 my daughter let the driver know that they needed to be picked up. I am not sure where the driver went or what happened, but for the next two hours he kept texting my daughter that he was 11 minutes away, then 7 minutes away, then back to 16 minutes away. He stated that streets were closed and then encouraged the group to walk to a very congested area where he wasn't even waiting. Fortunately, some police instructed the students that the driver would not be able to get to that area because the streets were closed over there. The restaurant they were at was not on a closed street and another prom group that was eating just around the corner got picked up without issue. After an hour, one of the other parents in our group drove from Boerne to downtown San Antonio and picked up the kids without any issue. All while we are still getting texts from the driver that he was only 7 minutes away. After two hours, the group was taken by a parent to enjoy the last 10 minutes of prom before it closed. I then told the driver to go to the dance venue so the kids could get their items out of the car. Once at the venue, he proceeds to lock his keys in the car. At the end of this horrible night, this driver approached the group and stated that none of this was his fault. My senior will never get this special night back and was made to feel like it was some how her fault. I understand that things happen, but this was clearly a driver unfamiliar with where he was going. Throughout the night he was impatient with me and with my daughter when we were trying to figure out what to do. Although management was apologetic, I feel that this went beyond normal circumstances and reflects a lack of experienced drivers with this company. read more

Michael the driver arrived and we were excited to explore the vineyards. 5 minutes into ride our party bus started smoking and we had to evacuate at the closest 7/11. There was zero follow up, the driver was clueless and we were stranded. I took initiative and booked ubers for my sister's friends to the next location out of my pocket. We rerouted our plans a number of times, and he was always so nice and accommodating. Allen is the greatest! Would definitely recommend requesting him. The booking process was also very easy. I was able to book the limo via text message and pay through Square online. There is an option to tip on a card, but we were able to tip cash at the end of the night with no problem. The limo bus was spacious and nice. We had trouble connecting to the Bluetooth sound system on the bus at first, but Allen was able to get it working so we could use it between bars. We had a horrible experience with this limo company my wedding was this past Saturday. They were given an itinerary of how the day should of gone. My mother in law sent them the itinerary and my wedding coordinator also followed up twice a few days before the wedding. The limo driver dropped my husband and the groomsmen off at magnolia Halle our venue and was supposed to come back for me and my bridesmaids to get me to my ceremony on time. The limo driver never came for me. I was almost late to my ceremony because of this limo company. A wedding is a big day and the last thing I should of worried about was how I was getting to my ceremony. If it wasn't for my hotel offering me the shuttle service. After several phone calls the limo said they would be on the way. I would of been late. I'm not understanding how if they were given the itinerary how the driver could of not followed it. We booked a party bus and were genuinely surprised at how negative an experience we had. First, the company charged us the (considerable) full amount for the rental twice, in two separate months. I called several times to address it with them. They promised to "look into it" without ever getting back to us or acknowledging what was done. We were afraid to press too hard prior to the rental, for fear they could stand us up for our upcoming reservation. We decided to wait until after the rental to dispute with our credit card. On the day of the rental, our party bus showed up late. When it arrived, we were then told to all get off of the bus because it didn't have gas. The bus left us to wait in a parking lot (with 18 kids) while the driver went to find a gas station. When I called the dispatch to explain that our rental was now 30 minutes late, they told me the bus had gas and the driver was wrong. It felt awkward to be put in the middle of this argument (if it was even that or just a blaming tactic), but it felt unlikely that the driver would invent this problem. When we did get on the bus, it looked nothing like the pictures. The bus was extremely worn, noisy, and had no sound system other than a FM radio. It appeared to have been vintage 1980s. The door didn't shut fully so the road noise was overwhelming. On our return, the door closer mechanism broke altogether, leaving the door able to stay wide open during travel. The driver found a zip tie at a local business to rig it partially closed, but it didn't close the door fully. I was afraid of the zip tie failing and envisioned the worst case of a child falling out on the freeway. The road noise on the return was even more deafening. After our drop off, I called to again attempt to get our second charge refunded, and I explained these issues. The dispatch told me that it was all the drivers fault and they "never should have used that driver". They offered no compensation for being late or sending absolutely crappy equipment that was NOT as shown in the pictures. It was uncomfortable that he blamed the driver again for the door and gas, especially considering the driver had shared with us that they had forgotten our reservation, didn't have a driver confirmed for this reservation, and had to call him in that morning at the last minute. Buyer beware with these folks. The buses in the pictures look modern, but that had no bearing on reality of the noisy, dirty, worn, dangerous rental we were charged twice for. In the end, the company would never acknowledge or return my calls (despite multiple promises to do so) about charging us twice and we had to initiate the dispute with our credit card. I am unsure where these positive reviews are coming from. All I know is that the promised bus wasn't what we got, and it was NOTHING like these yelp pictures either. I've got my doubts that they even own all of these vans. Note that these pictures can't be user pictures. The vans are always empty and clean... which wouldn't be the case if users were posting the pictures. If you're going to try to use them, I'd demand to see the actual van in person (not in pictures) before you do so. read more
