Last 2 weeks ago I got a speeding ticket 1 to 10 miles over the speed limit and was so upset that the cop really cited me just for that, but I guess they have to do their job (quota). Last month I went to my Tax Guy's office and noticed at the front desk a sign stating that CLARK McCourt will work on Citation Tickets for FREE (What's the Catch) but went ahead took their call card.
