I've been dealing with a probate matter in which Matt Park has been representing the trustee who, along with Matt in my opinion just refuse or possibly don't even have the capability to be honest or admit wrong doing so just spread lie after lie & make excuse after excuse not to perform their fiduciary duty.
I can't speak for the firm as a whole, I've only dealt with Matt, though I notice where ethics are lacking in one person in an office it's usually a problem throughout the office because upright people don't associate with people they know are unethical or permit them to putrify their establishment.
I write this review in hopes to make people aware of my experience thus far with Matt, not as a client God forbid,, I'd never lower my standards to retain someone I thought was disreputable but my opinion is from my dealings with him as a beneficiary to a trust I believe time will show was changed and amended, codicils added by his client the trustee, not the grantor who suffered dementia.
It's iimportant people know my experience with Matt, as I now write my own living trust, soon having a surrogate carry my child or children as the case may turn out to be, so as I have to prepare for my own family, both here and those to be born I feel need to share the lessons i've learned about how sick & corrupt, money grubbing & dishonest people can be and how many disgusting lawyers who have no conscience are out there who bow and scape before those wealthy client's and help them steal from, abuse, and violate beneficiaries.
I beg people.l choose executors and trustees wisely, you must protect your loved ones from trustees who are wolve's in sheep's clothing and /or are mentally unstable, Put protections in place, demand that if you ever need a care giver for yourself that if you ever change your will and your wishes and are not alone in the office with the lawyer telling them " yourself" what you want, make sure that instead of just signing papers someone else dictated that care giver gives you, demand you must give a brief audible and or video recorded explanation of what you believe you are signing when your care giver is making codicils or amendments in your name. This way if anything is contested it will be there as evidence. It will also force dishonest lawyers and witnesses to think twice before signing to your competency if they know that audio or video of can be used in court to have others oversee your decision to sigh a persons competency. That's something I hope as my studies in law progress, to bring before the court's to mandate Federally.
Recently, Matts client, the trustee was asked if she allowed an appraiser into an apartment and if not then why. Not knowing that I had indisputable proof that she actually forbade him entry to the condo, the trustee lied as let usual (through her counsel Matt) saying the appraiser didn't ask to come in. He clearly documents in hisnreoirt that he was specifically denied entry to the apartment and told to appraise it from looking at the outside of the building.
Evidence attests the trustee has been in one form of mental health care or another for decades, culminating this past January by her overdosing on her medication despite my begging her via texts to iinform the pharmacist of the OTC sleeping pills she was taking so when he mixed her psychiatric medication he would not know if there was a contradiction, So, the trustee.. at a time when she was threatening to kill herself and saying she had nothing to live for, over dosed to the point of complete incoherence and had to have her friend take care of her. Matt's client can not even take care of herself without over dosing on serious medications and needing to be looked after.these are the ramifications of poor choice in trustee. Learn from my experiences, you cannot take for granted someone's mental health or greediness. Appoint a bank or trust company to be safe.
I've made a very good living in real estate (despite yet another of Matts whopper lies that I never worked ) as the trustee knows but I think because the trustee is unable to work.she had not had a job in decades and barely made it three years of running my fathers business after he died before having to sell it and even then ended up being sued by at least 14 employees.
Knowing I'll make a good living again once I get one of my trusts in a few months with only 25% of it ill be earning a nice living so I believe in my personal opinion that bothers Matt as much as or more than the trustee based on Matts constant attempts in his ridiculous ramblings to lie about me and try to act authoritative over me. He seems big big mad that in a few months I'll have that ability to work again and he can't stop that.
I think he's not only jealous of my ability to earn a great living with little effort, but think he's big jealous of my ethics honesty and overall happiness which miserable people can't stand.
