I don't know where to start. We first used People Move Moving 4-5 years ago for a "down the street" move. Great experience. Movers were on time, professional, worked quickly but carefully. All of our belongings arrived safe and sound. Given our first experience, we didn't even bother quoting the move out to anyone else. We were in regular telephone communication with Daniel, their Sales and Operations Manager via phone. Red flag that we never received written follow up communication. We had a couple questions regarding heavy/large items which he assured us would be handled with the upmost care and professionalism. Specifically, a treadmill in the basement and a Big Green Egg. We were told the crew had "plenty of professional experience moving/disassembling both items". Upon arrival, the movers completed a once over of the house to develop a plan. Very quickly I was flat out told by one of the crew members that they were refusing to move the treadmill. We called Daniel and he assured us it would be handled appropriately and the tone/professionalism of his team would reflect that. It was not, in fact, handled appropriately. Fast forward to the end of the day, we required a small/quick second trip to and from for the last few items in the house. The movers were very reluctant to complete a second trip, even though that was communicated multiple times before and during the move. The business bills by the hour, so you would think this would be a somewhat common/reasonable request. I inquired about the treadmill once more and was told definitively and rudely "no" again. At this point, I had given up on receiving the help/assistance we were promised even though our invoice included "heavy item" charges. Those charges took approx. one week to be reimbursed. We are now in a dispute with PMM for reimbursement of the cost to hire a third party to move the treadmill (which I just received word from Daniel at 845am that "there is nothing we will do, it has been handled internally, please continue to follow up with our claims agency). Our move was completed on a Tuesday and I did not get around to checking the condition of the Big Green Egg until Thursday or Friday (my fault). Safe to say it's a loss. Photos attached. The professional movers obviously did not possess the requisite knowledge to move something this large and cumbersome. Over the last two weeks, I have tried reaching out to PMM via office phone, Daniel's cell phone, and email to resolve these issues and discuss potential partial refund for services not rendered. We were told this morning over the phone by Daniel that "we have fulfilled our part of the contract, there is nothing more we can do to help". Even after asking to speak to his superior, we were told "I am the highest person you are able to speak with regarding the matter". We are now at the mercy of PMM's claim agency, CSI. They have been fine to work with but it's unfortunate Daniel and his team are not able to provide any additional help/follow up to resolve this matter in a less contentious/way more professional manner. Would not recommend contracting PMM for your next move, and if you do, ensure all conversation with Daniel is documented via email. The lack of communication and tone over the phone (when they answer) has been unacceptable. My wife has filed a complaint with the BBB. Beware of the PMM team. read more

I scheduled a move with them weeks in advance, paid the deposit, and the night before the move they called to cancel. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they said the team broke down out of state and couldn't get to me. Still surprised there was really no plan B... not even another company they could recommend to me or schedule me with last minute. Putting aside that I had to scramble to find another moving company last minute, I've been calling them for 2 weeks trying to get a refund on my deposit and nobody ever answers. The 3 movers that helped move my furniture were kind, quick and worked well as a team. 2 people consistently moved items while the third worked on plastic wrapping and disassembling things. We had 4 bedrooms, living room and appliances to move and they were done in about 4 hours total. Hopefully I don't have to move again for a very long time, but if I do, I know who to call. This is the 2nd time I have used them. This time it was both loading and unloading. I moved to and from a 2bx2ba. The company recommended 2 guys. I requested service last minute (poor planning on my part) and they still had openings, I'd recommend calling much ahead though. Lizardo Ramirez and Hyosvany Bango were amazing. Both of these guys were polite, funny, and also careful with my items. I am not fluent in spanish, Lizardo told me he did not speak much English but was extremely quick to pull out google translate, which I am also familiar with on my phone too. These guys were attentive and moved quickly. Moving is so stressful for all involved, especially when there is user error (aka me reviewing wrong address.) A giant thunderstorm also moved through in the middle of our move! Next time I will ask for 3, maybe 4 guys as I live up some flights of stairs. They did not complain ONE BIT. Rather my own guilt!! And the impromptu storm we waited through that took up everyone's time. I always offer various snacks and beverages (waters, gatorades, Red Bulls) for movers, and tip them personally. I'd recommend doing all of that to anyone else who is recieving this type of service. I made Lizardo take all the snacks and the left over gatorades once they were wrapping up. We've had three moves of various sizes in the past 2 months and People Move moving was great to work with for all 3. The team was on time and careful with our things each time. Their pricing is reasonable, especially when you consider the time and effort you save, and they are upfront with all costs so you don't get surprised. Called up the People-Move movers and scheduled a couple weeks in advance. The an ice followed by a snow storm hit and they were able to reschedule me for a couple days later. The movers was timely and friendly. They took precautions when moving items and packing up the truck. They'll be the first people I call next time I move or need help packing. read more

Day two of our other movers cancelling on us and having nothing to sleep on, PLUS five animals that we had to take to a hotel, PLUS an emergency appendectomy, we cannot sing the praises of this company any louder. Our movers cancelled on us late in the afternoon on Monday, rescheduled for Tuesday, then cancelled again late in the afternoon on Tuesday. We called People-Move Movers and they managed to get us in on the same day, regardless of how far it was. They have offices in Louisville, KY and Indianapolis, IN and the Louisville office is closer to us, but is still a three hour round-trip. Two amazing men, Giovanni and Rafael, stayed to take the job and help us out. We just moved to the area and I had to have surgery a couple of days ago, putting me out of commission for the move. Giovanni and Rafael made very quick work of a two bedroom home and we're some of the most professional movers we've worked with. 10/10!! read more

If you do not want to be taken advantage of or charged a different amount than what was told to you upon completed services, I strongly encourage you to not use People-Move Moving. On 9/28/24, I reached out for a relocation move from Louisville to Nashville. During that call, I paid a $100 deposit and was informed it would be applied to my services. On 10/1, two movers loaded the truck and moved my items to a storage facility. When I went to pay upon the completion of the job, they wouldn't take my money as I was trying to avoid a service fee for using my debit card. One of the movers left items at my place and had to return to pick those items up. On 10/2/24, I receive two charges People-Move Moving. One for the amount of the storage and one for the move. At no point prior to my card being charged on that day, did I receive a call regarding the final amount being charged. Furthermore the charged payment was not authorized by me and it was different than the services performed. On 10/25/24, the same two movers arrived in Nashville and under 2 1/2 hours unloaded the truck. Pablo, called and informed me of my service amount. I told him I would provide the money to the movers because I didn't want a service fee because I was using a debit card. Pablo then told me the movers couldn't take my payment. Although, in my initial conversation on 9/28/24, I was told the forms of payment they accept and ways I can make my payment. So then my card was charged the agreed upon amount. However, the movers told me I owed extra money because of the time difference from state to state. Not because of the amount of time it took for them to unload the truck BUT because there is a difference in the time. Yet, prior to my move, I had to provide the address of both addresses so I am not sure why it became a problem. I explained to the movers and Pablo they couldn't charge me beyond the services performed. Pablo mentioned an accountant would be calling Monday to discuss my concerns as I felt Pablo and the two movers were taking advantage of me. I never received a call on Monday. On 11/8/24, People-Move Moving decided to charge the card they had on file without my authorization. Between 10/25 and 11/8, I had not spoken to anyone nor had anyone reach out to me. I believe he said his name is Terrance I told him they charged my card without my permission and there was no communication addressing my concerns. Because of their fraudulent behavior, I've had to cancel my cards as they have them on file and have used them without my permission. Furthermore, the $100.00 deposit that they received on 9/28/24 was never applied to my services. So if you do not want your credit/debit card charged without your permission, DO NOT USE PEOPLE-MOVE MOVING. If you do not want to be taken advantage of, DO NOT USE PEOPL-MOVE MOVING. 3 movers came to my house and pick up a display cabinet and end table to take to another apartment . while parked in the driveway they stole my 5th wheel trailer hitch from my yard . they loaded it in the truck cab and left .I did not know this at the time but when I went to the apartment they were stopped on the side of the road so I pulled behind the truck and the two workers came around the passenger side carrying it to put in the back of truck . I asked where they got it and it looked like mine and they said they found in the middle of the road . they went to the apartment and they had wrapped it in blankets before I got there . I took pictures to identify and it was mine . I told them I would call the police and then made them put it in my car . I talked to Pablo at People Move -Moving and explained what they did .and he was suppose to have the owner call me .. nothing ever happened .I'm going to make a police report as movers have to be honest and trusted ! I did not report it to the police that day because my niece needed to be out of the apartment then . the three movers are: Noel Alesco Lopez Rafael Liza Joaquin Menendez Sanchez I don't know whose idea it was to steal it but all three were in the truck and had knowledge of the theft . I've used this company twice. Based on this last move, I wouldn't recommend them. First move was terrific. They showed up on time, moved efficiently, no damage, excellent service. This second move--abysmal. The movers did a job in between doing ours, at their manager's direction, and charged us for 3.25 hours of time that wasn't used for our job. Now we're trying to get reimbursed and are having a hard time getting that squared away. I waited before writing this review; anyone can make mistakes, and companies sometimes get bad employees. This, however, has gone on long enough. I hope they get back to the excellent service they had a year ago. What's happening now needs to change. Use at your own risk. read more

I wanted to love this company because everyone seems like a decent person. But... Two employees came to my house during the planning, and both said my stuff should fit in their truck. Despite great effort of the loaders (they must be great at Tetris), there was quite a bit left over. Instead of flying to California while they drove, I had to rent a U-Haul and drive. Because I was on the road and not there yet, we had to unload a day late and they charged me for the extra day... even though it was kind of their fault that I wasn't there because I was on the road. read more

Jessica did a great job of communicating with me prior to moving day. I had several people quote a fridge and freezer swap between 2 homes but Jessica was the one who understood what I wanted to do. The rates were very reasonable to. Terrance reached out the day before to see if I had any questions. He answered them quickly and efficiently. Eric and Mark came to swap Refrigerators and Freezer from my MIL house and mine. They were on time, respectful and very attentive to the appliances and the houses. Both have wood floors, one they were able to use the Dolly, the other they needed to push across the floor with a furniture pad underneath it to prevent scratching. They went above and beyond by balancing the fridge for me to take the doors off. I was told I needed to do this prior to arrival but I still had cold stuff in my fridge and I was out of coolers I have some more moving to do I will be using them for sure. read more

Everyone loves to rave about their favorite nightspot or restaurant, but rarely do you find great reviews for movers and moving companies. This will be one of those. I've moved a lot, but it was always a corporate move. Now that I'm paying the Bill, I was a lot more discerning. When I completed my first a half dozen calls to various movers for estimates People-Move Moving was on my list of "most expensive". As I dug further in to the others - the less expensive ones - I began to think, "Yikes! These guys are move MY stuff. I don't want to turn this task over to the low bidder." So I called them back. People-Move Moving is a first class, family owned business. They are the most pleasant, straight forward men and women I've ever met in this industry. There quote was accurate, they communicated really well, all in all a great experience all the way. If your stuff or your family's stuff matters to you, I highly recommend paying the extra few dollars for the security of using people who really seem to care. read more

Also, the management office did what they could to resolve the issue where we were assigned to the wrong city, the team didn't show up on time, and then the company simply ghosted us for most of the day. I removed my original review because after posting one of the managers personally called me to discuss it which, for me, was above and beyond. Who does that these days? While I did not decide to use this company to load my POD for a long distance move because of the less than par initial interaction, I was impressed the management team took their reviews serious enough to follow-up. As a customer, I can go anywhere for services I need and that initial interaction is crucial to build confidence and trust; especially when you are talking about time, money, and personal belongings. This company showed me they value their business, know customers can make or break a business based on reviews, and that there are people who use Yelp and other sites to seek services. I appreciated his honesty and follow-up. I think if you use this company for your move, they will take care of customer concerns. He took care of mine based on a review for a quote. I wish you all the best with future customer reviews and have no doubt this was a learning experience you all will use to ensure all aspects of the customer service experience are good. Very adequate for furniture and boxes. Quick and careful. However, I was told they knew how to move appliances. In my mind, that included simple disconnect and reconnect. I needed a refrigerator moved, and they had to get phone instructions to disconnect the water line. Then they were unable to get it out the door. They tried for a couple of hours (for which I was charged) but failed. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but they told me it wouldn't be a problem. I rate People-Move Moving an "F" for failure and I WARN anyone attempting to utilize their moving services to NEVER USE THEM...PERIOD. Terrence, the Owner and Operations Manager of People Move Moving, sent 2 Spanish speaking men to my house on 07/17/22. These men didnot speak English and the Lead Mover used a Google Translater to translate from Spanish to English and I talked into his phone in English to him which Google tranlated into Spanish. This time consumming language-barrier lasted the whole 8 hours moving time per our communication. This move was estimated by 6 other moving companies to take 2-3 hours. But Terrence, the Owner and Operations Manager of this company purposely expanded my move to "make more money to eight hours" instead of the previous moving companies " 3 hours of allotted time frame." And Terrence overpriced my moving amount to $1594.61 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Yet, my moving relocation was only 2 blocks or less down the street from my apartment to a Storage Company. The movers couldn't read my English labeled boxes which meant I had to physically "touch each box", to show them and explain "fragile" and "food" labeled boxes to them so that the movers put the fragile and food boxes to the " top of the stacked boxes" within the Storage to increase moving spaces within the Storage. But, the movers rushed and put the furniture, boxes, and items in the Storage totally disorganized, not stacked on top, and left a "hot mess" within my Storage. And because of the language barrier the movers loaded wrong things. This language barrier consumed at east 2-3 hours of my paid moving time because they didn't speak or read English. One of the workers Miguel, was a workaholic and the other one, Ryan was lazy, procrastinating, talking on the phone with his mom while walking slowly moving from room to room acting like he didn't know what he was doing. I called Terrence several times, complaining about the language barrier, the lazy worker, inexperienced workers, and the disorganization of the move which really "stressed me out." I asked for a discount or a price reduction due to his inexperienced, lazy worker, and due to the language barrier, But Terrence, the Owner of People-Move Moving was a "hard nosed" "money hungry" overpriced, pompous, cocky, rude, Operations Manager. Terrence refused to discount his price and when we got to Storage Building he refused to let his men unload the truck until I paid another $1025. Then Terrence sent another guy who saw how upset and stressed out I was until he helped to unload the truck. I am 67 yrs. old with Arthritis and I walked up and down 19 steps consistently moving my own furniture items to expedite time and to save myself money. Yet, after paying total of $1592.61 for an 8 hour move that should have been 3 hours, People Move Moving left rooms of furniture, boxes, and items in my apartment after I paid them. I walked through my apartment and took several pictures of the remainder items that they refused to load unless I paid them for another 2 hour window which was another $300. I refused since the lazy guy wasn't performing his job responsibilities and due to the language barrier in communication with his movers. I had a treadmill that Terrence said would be another $150 for the movers to move. I complained after all of the Google Translator conversations for 8 hours with his Spanish speaking men that he should move my Treadmill for FREE as a courtesy to me. Terrence refused to negate the charge. Later, I called him back to complain about his lazy worker, Ryan, and then Terrence refused to allow the movers to load my Treadmill to their truck. Because Terrence refused to load my Treadmill, I had to pay Schellers Treadmill Service an extra $125 to dissemble my Treadmill. I also paid another moving company to come out two more times on 07/18/22 and 07/21/22 of this week to move the remainder items. I again removed with the help of another guy the breakable plant stands and flower arrangements from my apartment and transported them to the Storage . To reiterate, I walked up and down the nineteen steps with Arthritis removing many, many,items myself to clear out my condo-apartment during and after paying People Move Moving $1592.61. This was the most stressful, horrendous, disorganized, non-cooperative,inexerienced, move of my life. Please, I am telling the...Truth... Donot Use People-Move Moving. I checked Google ratings and I was informed that the reviews can be paid reviews. But, afterwards, I checked The Better Business Bureau Reports about this company and yes, they have several negative reviews for overcharging customers with their more expensive rates than other companies, and they leave furniture in people's homes after they have been paid. One of the workers asked me what I paid and I told him. He stated, People Move Moving " overcharges their customers too much money" and they pay himself, their workers only $18/hr. read more

This company is very unprofessional! They send people who don't speak English, and I definitely don't know Spanish. This had happened to me previously with movers who didn't know what I was talking about. This made the move very difficult with tremendous amounts of extra money because they took so long. But I asked for movers who would be able to communicate and understand me and the directions of the move. They confirmed that there would be no problem providing movers who could understand the day before the movers showed up. So the next day was moving day! The movers showed up on time. A supervisor who spoke English and Spanish showed up with the movers. We all Walked the house about what was being moved. So he said they know what to do. Plus I had put sticky notes on everything about where it was going. However. This experience was horrific!! Once the supervisor left the mover acted like they didn't know what to do. They would move one thing at a time. Then just stand outside not doing anything. I had to confront them on multiple occasions. As well as call the supervisor and the owner of this company. I walked outside on two occasions to a funny smelling smoke, with the guys just standing there. I saw it with my own eyes!! Plus my boyfriend moved our whole 1st floor. He had it all in the front yard. And I had to help the movers figure out how to load the truck. They showed up around 3pm and arrived at our new place a bit after MIDNIGHT!! No way our move would have taken that long if the movers work along with us. And they unloaded our 72" smart tv to dropping it or as they said " something must have happened in the truck ". Regardless it was an expensive loss. The owner and supervisors were very disrespectful. They had an excuse for why everything happened. No customer support. I was called a liar, and some other not nice things. And they wouldn't listen to me! Totally disregarded my concerns and just wanted their money. I highly recommend NOT USING PEOPLE MOVE-MOVERS!!!!!! To Management Team, Just because your notes depict the narrative you'd like to portray doesn't make it reality. I know what happened that day - I was there, you weren't. And what do I have to gain from relaying my experience? I waited almost a year hoping to find that at least my items were intact & not damaged (which several pieces are indeed damaged). Donated items: it was not 2 weeks before I asked for a receipt; I asked for one the day of the move when I pointed to the donation pile in my then office. I followed up on it 2 weeks later because I didn't receive a response. And as I stated then, I find it difficult to believe I'm the only customer who's ever asked for a donation receipt. Tape, blankets, etc.: the movers were using the tape I had purchased. I asked them if they should be supplying their own tape & they said no. I called Shawn & he said the exact same thing, no. So I ran to Home Depot to buy them more tape. Shawn & the movers also told me that the blankets were $8/ea, not $2. Watching the movers at the storage unit: I only went up to the storage unit room to open the door and once they finished loading the unit. I stayed in my car the remainder of the time because it was very cold that night and if they had issues with the keypad or anything, I wanted to be there instead of having to drive all the way back from my house. Price: whomever the owner or whomever that was speaking to the guy I was dealing with on the phone did NOT want to work with me on the price & that info came from the guy I was dealing with on the phone!!! I literally had to argue and I made the suggestion/mandate to meet half way on the price because it wasn't my fault nor the two guys who started moving my stuff that it took so long. Honestly, I should not have had to pay more than what I was quoted but to end the terrible ordeal, I said that I'd meet halfway on the price. Shawn underestimated the move & the number of people required to do the move. That was not my fault nor the two movers. Storage unit: Shawn asked me the size of the storage unit when he was at my house for the estimate. He said the size was fine. The guy I was dealing with on the phone the night of the move asked me the size & immediately said that from what he saw in the truck, the they'd have to tightly pack the storage unit. There was a severe lack of communication on your company's part. We went through all the events of the move that evening/night & my narrative aligned with the 2 movers - the move was underestimated. My bf hired this company to move me. Was supposed to be full moving service. They do all the packing, bring boxes, load and unload. (My bf told them he don't even want help putting anything back together. They took way too long just to move me) From a two bedroom two bath apt. Remind you, my son and I done packed up my entire kitchen other than some dishes and pots pans Plus the freezer and fridge, and undo my kitchen table to load it. Shoulda only took 40min tops to finish up the kitchen. Took way beyond that! My son bedroom the only needed to move a dresser and little side table dresser , Pack up his games and stuffed animals , few books etc some items on his two black tall shelf's . Then just load a little closest of clothes. Took them two hours just do that room. When it literally only takes half hour pack it all up. Then my room few things as well and they had move bed , dresser and side table. That's it! I did my entire bathroom! My son bathroom only 5min to do, they make it hours ! so They started there time at 9:20 when they still hadn't done nothing! Other than calling supervisor to get boxes bc they was not prepared! He didn't show up til 11. So the movers used all my big extra gift bags from holiday and all my new trash bags! My stuff! So they could finally start at 10! Verse waiting on a supervisor to bring boxes! Now, I had a guy who spoke English and the other mover didn't read, write or speak English ! So trying to tell him what needed be done he stands by and only brings stuff out to truck why other guy packs wraps stuff. Huge language barrier! Can't expect work get done when it's basically a one man person doing it! So, I decide go outside see wth is taking so long and to only find one the guys who don't speak English or anything just hanging out on his phone! On my time, and we are being charged $150 hour! When they didn't do crap really. It was worth only 400 Not 1,000. It don't take 6hrs to pack the crap I had period!!! If I could post a pic I certainly would! I know on google you can. Which is where I'm heading to do another review and post pic of guy just hanging out on my time on his phone doing nothing no more! I would not recommend using this company. I can't say enough good things about this moving company. We presented them with every possible challenge and they rose to the occasion with each issue. We called on Monday needing help on Tuesday. They agreed and were there on time. They worked efficiently in spite of a certain level of chaos, and completed much more work than we had thought we would need. Not only did they work hard and smart, the two young men who worked with us also worked well together. They were pleasant and polite. In addition to everything else, we ended up needing storage and Terrence helped us get that set up easily and quickly. We are in the middle of a two-part move and will definitely be using People to People for this and any other moving needs we might have. read more

I hired People Move to help unload a 26' Truck. The office was friendly at first but that was the only positive thing about the experience. I hired 3 guys and when they showed up none of them spoke English only Italian. It delayed the job by several hours. I tried contacting the office to get some help they said they were sending an additional guy over to interpret but, he never showed. I then tried to get some type of reimbursement for the language barrier adding time to the clock. They told me the couldn't help me because "their system" wouldn't allow it. It gets worse, they then charged my card twice for the full amount of $1124 and then an additional charge for a $550 tip without my consent. So I saw a total of $2,798 instead of the original charge of $1125. It was a headache dealing with them to resolve the issue. read more

Once we listed, I started the process of calling movers for rates. We received a postcard from People-Move Moving promoting their services. I called and spoke to Jessica, very professional, polite and helpful. She asked me a few questions to determine crew size, quoted me a rate that was similar to that of two well known movers in the area, she took my deposit and then sent me an email confirmation. She was responsive when I called/emailed with questions. The crew Eric, Shawn and Maurice arrived on time and got right to it. These guys are so polite and are well oiled, moving machines! They were very efficient, they wrapped all the furniture in plastic or blankets. Once we reached our new home, they took direction as to where to put things and then got moving to unwrap and put everything back together. Plus, they were just so pleasant to be around for what can be a very hectic day. Wow! That's all I can say about Terence and his crew. They were on time for our move and didn't even flinch when they saw the volume of stuff we needed to move. They were gentle and conscientious and wrapped everything delicate up very carefully - nothing was broken or scratched. Including the walls! Every time I've moved there has been at least a couple dings on the walls but not this time. They made it look easy and Terence is VERY good at packing the truck wisely so that everything fits. All that aside, the team was kind and friendly. Hopefully we don't have to move again for a long time but if we do, I know who I'm calling. read more

I hire this company to move 2 safe to and from a location on the move back the floor was scratched and the drywall down the stairs was damage there not fixing nothing cause I didn't check the correct Box on the contract do your self a favor do NOT use this company. they use sub contractors not even in house people. Do not ever use this moving company. They broke at least 50% of my isix months later I can still not find any hardware. they also use a third-party insurance company so for the last six months I have been fighting with them over getting reimbursed for my brand new dryer door that was broke and I have the receipt from GE that came out to service it and still have not been resolved read more

Due to the nature of my job. I have moved at least 10 times for the last 10 years in different states, and by far these guys have been the BEST movers I have ever dealt with. Very professional, hard working, friendly and respectful. Terence, the manager, was very responsive to every question I had from the begining and everything was completed as promissed. For me, communication and mutual respect is the most important factor before hiring someone for any service, and this crew were the best I could ask for. I don't live in Louisville area anymore but if I was, for sure I would always hire them for every future move. I used this company to move me from one apartment to another. They moved a queen size bed a dresser a small night stand another small stand a love seat two chaise lounges three bar stools two end tables and a cocktail table. They also moved two patio chairs and a small table. They also moved some large bags mostly filled with pillows off the bed and couch. They also moved a 32 inch tv and two lamps. I listed these items to show the size of the move. the move was scheduled for a certain day at 4 pm. I received a call about 3 that they would not be able to do the move after me and others had rearranged our work schedule to do the move. They did move me first thing the next day. The workers were there on time. However it took them four hours to move me. i moved less than 5 miles away so there was very minimal driving involved. One lamp was broken one of the small stands from the bedroom was broken and the tv was cracked. In addition to this a 3 hour job that I was quoted took four hours in order to get additional money. I was not going to ask for anything for the inconvenience of the date change but I did when I felt I was being milked. They offered a whole 5% discount off the balance not the total price but we did compromise to a very little more. The main issue was when you break something you need to let the customer know. Don't hide it. That only made it worse. read more
