Called for their Luxury Limousine Bus for 15 people. We wanted the Celebration in the Oaks package. It's a 2 hour ride and includes riding through City Park to see the lights. The girl who set it up was very friendly. On the night of the event, the driver arrived a little early and he was very hospitable. The bus was perfectly clean and we had a great time. He drove us around after our ride through the park and then dropped us off at our original spot. Great experience!! read more

Posted a price on their website for a SUV tour of Mardi Gras house floats at $179 for six individuals. When I attempted to book it was told the price was $270! The woman was rude and uncaring. Blamed the "website guy" and refused to honor the advertised price. Then hung up on me! Will be filing a formal complaint with the Louisiana State Attorney General for deceptive business practices. Terrible way to treat a potential local customer! I suggest you use ANY other limousine company! read more

Regal Limo did a very good job. We booked them for our group from the airport to our hotel an back again at the end of our trip. We were met with a sign in baggage claim and then whisked off to the hotel. On the way back they went above and beyond by showing up over an hour early so that they could position before the parade. BUT when I called about that reason earlier in the day, the person who answered the phone just kept saying I booked 1:30pm. Fair enough, but I wanted to make sure they would be prompt as we might have to walk a block or two with our luggage and we wanted to meet them at 1:30pm. He said the driver would call me when he arrived. Luckily the driver was very conscientious. A Regal Limo was good but more expensive than Riverbend Charters (who we preferred). If the two employees that I spoke to when confirming my reservations had been more professional, they would have earned another star. But both of them treated me like a nuisance. read more

I booked an airport pickup 2 months in advance. I was told the driver would meet us at baggage claim with a sign with our name on it and would help us load our luggage and depart quickly. I hadn't heard anything from the driver upon landing and didn't see anyone at baggage claim. After walking around the airport and waiting for 20 minutes I called the company and was told a driver had just been dispatched and would be there in 10 minutes. The driver then called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I called the company back to let them know I was disappointed and confused as to why the driver was not there already, and was only just NOW being dispatched when I had made this reservation 2 months prior. An Uber would have been faster and cheaper. We booked the pickup to avoid waiting and to streamline our day- I had hoped to make the parade but completely missed it thanks to the driver not being there as scheduled. I bought a 4 hour groupon and called a few times to see what my options were for a Saturday night. They were always very helpful on the phone. A few Saturday nights ago, we decided to book and take a long drive to dinner for my birthday. This is where it becomes slightly comical. The driver knocks on the door 30 min early. Im still getting ready so my husband answers the door. The driver asks where we plan to go and asks if we would mind if his girlfriend comes along! Not kidding. We were dumbfounded by his request. We're both easy going unpretentious people so we agreed. We inform him we plan to take a bottle of champagne with us so he then leaves to get bags of ice for the well. I thought ice would have been in there already but whatever. When he pulls back in, he says he needs to turn the air on to get it cooled off for us. Again, shouldnt this have been done already? We're all standing in the street while he's sitting in the back of the limo fooling with the air. So then we finally get in and notice the door handles are broken and the glassware is dusty. The leather was torn in the back seat and the overall appearance is just not clean or kept up. At this point, he informs us that his girlfriend should be pulling up any minute. So we wait and wait and wait and now we're worried that we wont make our dinner reservation. The driver verifies his gps has us getting there on time but I called the restaurant to be on the safe side. Apparently the girlfriend is lost so we start driving. She catches up with us and we pick her up at a gas station on the way. We asked if the partition can close to give our now double date some privacy. I've never in my life experienced a limo ride like this one. Maybe besides the time the driver was at the wrong hotel and I was 45 min late to my own wedding. Not sure if I would take a chance to rent from them again based off the condition of their fleet and unprofessional driver. read more

My sister booked a rolls Royce and party bus for the wedding party to get from the church to the reception. She then paid extra for a limo bus that seats 24 people to get the bridal party and out of town guests back to the French Quarter from Kenner. She called three times two days before to confirm, and no one returned her call. She finally got a hold of someone the day before and confirmed transportation. As we were leaving the reception, Regal sent a town car that seats 4 instead of the limo bus needed for 24. Therefore, all of her guests had to pay for cabs to get back to the French Quarter. When she called the day after to talk about the problem, Freddy, the manager, told her she was interupting his lunch and was hardly listening. He said it was his driver's fault for reading the contact wrong and that his driver was going to have to pay for the mistake. She asked for more compensation because of the guests having to provide their own transportation and she was hung up on. I tried calling as well and was given the run around. Once my father called, he was receptive and listened and offered to compensate. He clearly doesn't have any regard for women so if you choose to go with regal, have the man in your life do your bidding. read more

As is typical, I waited until the last possible moment to make arrangements for transportation from Louis Armstrong Intl. Fortunately, A Regal was able to secure a stretch limo on such short notice. My flight to NOLA was not without a number of delays, but the staff at A Regal was extremely accommodating, even after I had pushed back the pickup time several times. As it turned out, the tail winds were in our favor and I arrived much earlier than I had asked to be picked up. To my surprise, the driver was already waiting for us. The driver was very professional, and the limo was spotless. I will definitely use A Regal again on my next trip. read more

I didn't figure on finding a limo at the last minute but Regal came through for me. The day before the bachelorette, they called to tell us we did not book the hummer limo and asked if we can push the time back for pick up. They did not want to compromise despite the fact it was their fault. We have proof we booked the hummer limo and pick up time via email. I booked Regal for a bachelor party in NOLA for a round trip to and from the airport this past weekend. I was a little nervous when we arrived because I realized I had never called to confirm our reservation I had made a few weeks before. Our driver Wendell was waiting for us when we arrived and we had a great experience. It was by far the best rate I got and the service was outstanding. The car even had its own stereo so we could play music we brought with us. For the ride back he showed up with a party bus which was even nicer than the limousine with leather seats, and even better sound system, and flat screen TV's playing the NFL games. The ride from the airport to the quarter is a solid 25 minutes so its worth paying just a bit extra for this experience. I would recommend Regal and our driver Wendell to anyone visiting New Orleans. read more

We recently rented a limo for our anniversary as we have 4 kids and two are 3 and 2 so it's rare that we get "us time." Although the office personnel could use a semester in phone etiquette and professionalism, the Limo Driver Larry made the night fantastic. I had a limo confirmed for six months at A Regal Limo. Seven hours before my pick up, the company called me saying I needed to add 1.5 hours for travel time, totaling $140. I was asking why I am just now being asked to add time when this has been booked for six months. The lady on the phone was frustrated I did not want to pay the extra money and I was frustrated that I was being asked to pay just hours before pick up. The owner, Freddie, got on the phone and was very rude saying, "What do you want me to do, ma'am? Want me to cancel?" I said "I would like you to simply apologize for putting this on me seven hours before my pick up and then maybe I would have been more willing to pay. I am frustrated at your customer service and how rude you all are. I am frustrated that the lady before was extremely rude and I am frustrated that you are being so rude. "I said "But you acting like an ***** is not making me want to pay for extra hours." And he replied, "You know what, you're not getting the car. ***** YOU! Go ***** yourself." We were a party of 8 and reserved the stretch limo. While others were waiting for a taxi or bus we were whisked away in luxury. If you are a large party this option is cheaper and much nicer.
