Ordered a new fridge, washer, wall oven, dishwasher and some other things from there over the last…read moreyear. Overall the delivery installation service was good. I have had some issues with the card being charged twice and then refunded the extra charge. I also had an issue with the installer for the dishwasher bringing and installing the wrong dishwasher while I was not home and my wife was here. I didn't realize it until I got home. However, once I called customer service, they immediately fixed the problem and said that we could use the dishwasher that was installed that was a different brand, until we received the correct one the following week. However this was on the installation company and not a Lowe's representative. The installation company also took TEN days to install the dishwasher, which I felt was a long time! The delivery personnel that I met were very nice and respectful and the customer service were extremely nice and corrected the issue that we had. The overall value was pretty good considering everything that I bought. They also offer military discount which is something that more places should do. Especially when you are spending large amounts of money on appliances and projects. We will definitely still be using again despite the problems that we have encountered.

Landin (their one redeeming spark) was completely shocked when the office charged me $18 PER FITTING. (I purchase these fittings for less than $4 each normally.) Because the storm (yes, weather) was approaching, I told him I'd pay for them , but would probably be returning them in a couple days because the cost was insane. Indeed, we elected to return all ( waited the three days for the parts to arrive in the mail). Drove back to Royal Brass just to wait because only one person in the company is allowed to issue refunds -( convenient "corporate policy") she was at lunch. One hour first trip, one hr 30min second trip... THEN I'm told there is a 15% restocking fee! ! Are you freaking kidding me! Pathetic Customer concern! Do not do business with these people - they don't care about their customers!
