Check in was extremely fast, I waited less than 5 minutes for Nicole to come get me. Nicole performed three wax services for me and made sure I was at ease and as comfortable as I could be while getting my hair ripped out of its follicle. She made sure I was handling my waxing pain throughout the process by asking me how I was feeling. Nicole is very knowledgeable and gave me after care tips since it was my first time. Nicole is very sweet, caring, and personable. I highly recommend her, despite the one bad review she got. I came back in for my second wax/follow up wax and asked for Nicole. Again, she did an amazing and meticulous job! Nicole remembered everything we talked about in my first appointment and her conversing with me helped take my mind off the waxing pain and made my appointment go by quickly! I can say that after MANY previous waxing appointments that Jess did an PHENOMENAL job in just one visit. It still looked like a bowl cut in the front after saying three times I wanted a 50s style haircut. Not only that I paid $48 with a tip included for my son that's 12 years old. He literally came out crying and is now very insecure about his hair. When he got to my car there was hair all over his shirt (like a large amount) and his hair wasn't even styled at all. Mind you this was the second time she fixed it. I asked for a refund of half the cost and they denied to do that. The corrective haircut itself was not worth $48, nor was the experience. I can definitely notice lasting affects from the facials; each time I notice less acne and discoloration. Cindy is truly amazing and is always so honest about what I either need to add or remove from my skin care regimen and it has always helped! She's even honest about when to call the dermatologist for further assistance. She's one of a kind and I will never go anywhere else for a facial again!
