I have been to Spa Bella a couple of times for a gel/shellac manicure. The first time I called and booked an appointment at the last minute for myself and a friend, and we had a good experience. My nails lasted a lot longer than I am used to having shellac last (normally I chip after 2 weeks, mine were almost perfect at 3 weeks). The second and third time I booked with the app they mention on their website, which was an easy process. I have had a different nail technician each time and they have all been very good. My manicure did not last as long the last time I went, but I think that was my fault - the color I picked was too thin. Spa Bella offers a lot of services and everyone who works there is very professional and friendly. It's great if you're looking for a little more care and attention to be paid then some other places that just focus on quantity offer. read more

I get a lot of massages but Andrea was so skillful and clearly so knowledgable about body mechanics, she was able to approach some areas of pain I'd been having like I couldn't believe. At the end my husband and I were arguing over if next time we came we would switch so we could try each other's, but neither of us wanted to pass up on a massage with who we'd already gotten. The staff is very nice. I had massages here three times. The first two times I had a male masseuse and he was great. He found all of the knots in my back and worked them out. It hurt, but it was worth the pain. When I went for the third time, I had been booked with him, but he wasn't there. I had a woman who talked way too much and she tried to do a deep tissue massage (like I usually like), but there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to what she was doing. I have been wanting to do a lash lift for the past two years. I finally talked myself into doing it and chose Spa Bella, mainly for the pricing. Upon arrival, the parking lot got me confused. There is not much parking at all. Then there were two buildings for Spa Bella (the salon and the spa), so make sure you go to the right one. The spa smelt relaxing and inviting as soon as you step in; however when I stepped in there were five employees standing in the hallway just staring at me (not very pleasant to a shy/introverted person). Finally was greeted after fiddling with my fingers and was asked to fill out paperwork. I was taken back to a treatment room and my lash lift started immediately. For a spa, I was not very relaxed. The walls are super thin, AC was extremely loud, and the overhead music was atrocious. Sadly, my lash lift did not come out as I expected either. I would probably consider coming back for a massage or even for the salon portion, but not for another lash lift. Also as other reviewers have mentioned, you cannot give a tip if you're paying by card. I didn't realize I hadn't tipped until I got home and looked at my receipt. I had assumed they just charged a 20% gratuity with all services like other spas I have been to. read more

I have used Spa Bella on several occasions. It always smells nice, always clean and always quiet and relaxing. Setting up appointments is painless and on many occasions you can get next day appointments which works for me because it's hard to plan the time too far ahead. I've had different masseurs there, but they all are willing to listen to your needs whether you need a firmer or softer massage or you need a specific area concentrated on. I've actually had a masseur keep her eyes closed the entire massage in order to be able to really "feel" the knots. I love the neck and scalp massage. You can request aroma therapy, essential oils or stone massage. You MUST let them know you need a stone massage ahead of time so they can prepare the rocks. Very impressive! The main building is very beautiful inside, and very comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful and put me right at ease. After a brief wait I was ushered into a warm and dark massage room. No too-loud music, no too-strong candles or incense. I had a 1.5 hour massage with Brittany, ranging from Swedish to deep tissue. She's a magician! She worked on all my knots and wasn't too talkative. She asked the questions she needed to ask, but otherwise let me fully relax. I felt well taken care of at every moment, and the price was comparable with other massages I've had. When I left, I was given a surprise packet to redeem on my next visit, when I'll discover what my surprise it contains: discount, etc. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've had so much better spa experiences. A few suggestions would go a long way I believe with this business. My appointment for 60 minute massage was at 1130, but The massage didn't begin until about 1145. The reception area smelled very nice, but there wasn't a place to sit, and the lukewarm water served in styrofoam tumblers left much to be desired. The masseuse was very polite and warm but the time I got back to my car after the massage it was 1228, so they did not do the full 60 minutes. The massage room was also cold, air conditioning vent blowing right on top of you. At other spas, the room temperature is always much more comfortable allowing you to fully relax. I hope the business takes feedback seriously and considers the practices of other venues to better cater to their customers. read more

Just got back from a mother daughter spa day. It was so wonderful, I will definitely be coming back. They were all so nice and accommodating. We both had the massage with a facial. I received a manicure and my mom went with a pedicure. We were both very pleased with the service and can't wait for our next appointment. Did the couples massage. One bed was really squeaky . The lady had a cold and was coughing. The other bed light was directly in my eyes . We asked for specific focus areas and the massage was the same it felt they didn't really massage out our knots. I looked around and saw good reviews for spa bella, so I thought I'd try it. I was a little nervous but excited. We arrived at spa bella a little early but were greeted right away and offer water. I really love the vibe I got just from sitting in the lobby. I felt so relax already. I also loved the clouds painted on the ceiling. Then we met our masseuse and walked to the massage room. Which was awesome! The room was so calming, lovely music, perfect lighting, and just the right temperature. The masseuse spoke with us about our needs and got started. What an amazing massage!
