I was hesitant on calling in for professional help with a wasp problem around our home. Per recommendations from some other people in town, I wound up (again hesitantly) scheduling an appointment for Luke to come out and just take a look and around our home as I told him the situation may have been worse or possibly not as bad as I was able to describe. He came out today for our free estimate and when he pulled in the driveway, he met our dogs with treats (brownie points) and was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about insect species, activity habits, and was even able to identify nearly every species of bug we came across when walking around our property (which we have an abundance of living by water and very rurally). He spotted some carpenter ants we hadn't paid much attention too. He also called us out on a rodent problem and damage that was occurring to our house. This reminded me we also have sugar ants in the kitchen. Luke came across very honest and reasonable in his recommendations and pricing even with our multitude of issues. He was not overly pushy, itemized our "to-do" list for us, and made some recommendations for us to work on in the mean time to help improve our chances in battling our pests. Luke and his colleague were quick to respond to my concern about a bird stuck in my dryer vent. Being military, it can be hard to find reputable and trustworthy businesses who really care about their clients. We were extremely impressed with the team's professionalism and knowledge. They were able to secure our vent the proper way (he made a special trip to the hardware store to get a particular vent size not common) and removed the bird that had managed to lodge itself inside the wall (and met an untimely death). Luke is an awesome guy. He has been coming to my home on a quarterly basis fro several years now and taking care of issues around my home. I used to have "critters" in my crawlspace. Luke came out and fixed all the ventilation holes and "sealed" my crawlspace so nothing new could get in and he took care of whatever was already there. He is thorough, professional and doesn't give me anything that i don't need. Luke came out almost immediately the day I called him. We had a beehive stuck up in an electrical box right next to our heat pump that needed some work on but they wouldn't work on it for obvious sting reasons.
