He spent five minutes and reported back that it didn't need it, the rock never penetrated the surface layer, the chip would never turn into a crack. Who does that? I was willing to pay whatever it took for him to seal it but he just said it wasn't necessary, no charge. All Class has my business for life!

I made an appointment, went in, waited, and within 1 hour it was done, all within 4 days of first calling them. no problems with installation. Their residential side was the reason this review is a 1 star. I had a broken double-paned glass window that was broken, so the glass unit had to be replaced, not the entire window. they came out and measured it. a week later they called, asked if they could come out at a specific time, which I was not available for. they said they would call next week. this repeated for 3-4 weeks; it was clear my simple, one window job was not a priority. when they did install the glass unit, the sealant was sloppily installed, and the gasket/ trim holding the window unit was bent and distressed. not worth they money or time it took the job done. go somewhere else for residential windows.
