Friday morning, today, I get a phone call at 10:30 saying they are going to have to use a different vender, and they won't have the windshield until 2-4 pm and would not be able to replace my windshield until Monday. First question I had was why they are just finding out they had to use a different vender? Wouldn't the vender tell them earlier than the Friday's delivery time??? I asked for a manager and was told by Colton he was out and headed to Huntsville, however, the manager called me back from the same number within 5 minutes!
