They also have new shoes for regular price as well. Please check the treads and soles when you are browsing. Now that that is out of the way, the selection is very well stocked. There are a lot of different colors so if you are looking for something specific you might have to compromise. The store is split into half with men's and women shoes grouped together. Literally half of the store. For each. If you do need a brand new pair of shoes at retail price they can go grab those for you in the back. Prices are marked on the box by a colored sticker. The price list is standing on top of the aisles so you'll know exactly what you'll pay for them. Prices seemed to reflect what condition they are in. When in doubt look at the sticker on the box. As for the staff I had nothing but a great interaction with the people working. One of the guys took time to answer all my questions and even had me try the different styles on while explaining the differences between each shoe. There were other customers and they had great interaction with them as well. The store was very well organized and very clean. Usually shoes stores look like a hurricane just passed through and there are boxes littered everywhere. Not here! $65 for an almost brand new pair of running shoes is a deal to be had. I only wear hiking boots when I hike, but thought I would give their shoes a try, especially since it's been so hot, my feet sweat in my boots. Salesman was very helpful guiding me to the pair of trail runners I bought. He was very knowledgeable about the different "type" of shoes. I had on my own New Balance shoes, and he explained the construction behind them. Oh so that's why I like them, and they are so comfortable on my feet! He said never to put your shoes in the washer, and to use a cleaning solutions instead. They had some there so I bought some. However, the impression the staff left me had changed my views on salesman and how my shopping experience can be different. I had a 5-star experience with Brett and I'm so glad he approached me. I even told him that I wasn't sure if New Balance was the right place. I was not only wrong, but Brett understood exactly what to suggest based on my answers. (Professional fit: shoe fitting in the morning is the most accurate - this is important for people with diabetes to find the right fit). With Brett's help, I made educated decisions, which is what I look for when I help others, too. Brett was genuine, patient, gentle, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and not pushy at all.
