She was devastated, but when I went back to the store to see what our options were, they said they'd replace them with another pair of the same size/color. They didn't have enough in stock at this particular location, but they told us to go check another location nearby that had some in stock. We ran over there and the lady who had helped us out here at the Traverse Mountain location had even called ahead to let the other store know we were coming. I wish I had caught the name of the lady who helped us out and called ahead, she had great nails and deserves a raise!

No retros at all (which aren't super plentiful at any location, but there's always one or two at least) and even their basketball shoes were pretty limited. Salesman was very helpful guiding me to the pair of trail runners I bought. He was very knowledgeable about the different "type" of shoes. I had on my own New Balance shoes, and he explained the construction behind them. Oh so that's why I like them, and they are so comfortable on my feet! He said never to put your shoes in the washer, and to use a cleaning solutions instead. They had some there so I bought some. I waited 40 minutes only to be told that they were not going to buy anything. They should clearly explain in advance what types of clothing or brands they are looking for so customers don't waste their time. My clothes were in much better condition and much newer than many of the items they had for sale in the store.
