Sadly, Dr Vogl is a FAKE and a thief! My husband and I are still traumatized by the terrible work he did on my husband's teeth. He needed implants and Dr Vogl tore out a bunch of his teeth, sent him away bleeding and didn't call in needed prescriptions to the pharmacy. We spent at least $20k there and ended up with nothing but trauma, pain and debt. We've since found a new dentist who's done beautiful work with the implants and we're thankful for that. I have found another dentist that has received authorization from my insurance to cover and perform the service that is needed. It is still a mystery to me why the insurance company (that Dr. Dewitt is a provider) did not approve Dr. Dewitt's predetermination request so that we could have moved forward especially since it has now been approved with documentation from another dentist in the same insurance network. This situation could have been avoided with better communication (especially with his office staff) and a simple call back from Dr. Dewitt to see how to work out the problem.

I said no thanks I will find someone else because, due to the pain mostly but wasting my time I don't feel I want to take my chances with them. The main reason I picked Retro Dental Group is this is the company that took over for my past dentist which was the best IMHO. It is Thursday and it says on their website 7 am to 6 pm. Seeing how it said they were open on their website and a google search I called them again. I talked to Barb and asked her why it in fact said they were open today. Her reply to me is that she is not in charge of the website and they are open for Admin stuff and to take calls and make appointments. This has to be the worst communication I have seen in my 52 yrs of life. Total disregard for my time and oral needs!
