I requested to be a part of a class action lawsuit against Uber for sexual assault. I was assaulted. But the law firm wasted my time and claimed that they didn't receive any information from me via email. I know they lied because they didn't want to take my case. Their email service didn't malfunction. They thought that what happened wasn't enough. I was touched on my thigh twice in a ride as the driver. If the genders were reversed, they would probably be all over this. I can't stand gender discrimination. read more

I was told to sign up for a class action law suit for a p&g product. They stated they needed 5 California residents. I was chosen to be on. They sued the company and I was promised $500. Now I'm getting 1099 for the outrageous amount of $14,000!!!! They refuse to correct it and neither will p&g because they had to have lied and told them they were dispersing $14,000 to each client! This is a complete lie. In my honest opinion this law firm is the biggest fraud that hit California. Stay away at all costs. You'll get screwed into paying more than 3times your award in taxes. read more

I was a part of a class action suite and awarded 500$. I thought it was strange they needed my social security number but gave it. I then got a 1099 from P&G for 14,000$. Thought it was a strange amount but no problem to get fixed since way off. Clarkson Law Firm has not been any help to get this rectified. I was just told they would not help get it fixed either.
