The wash cycle doesn't even get the car decently clean. The wheel wells not sprayed enough. Blowers don't dry the car enough. Value =3/10 read more

This is no longer Clarkson all the wash and is now been sold to Zax. Their reviews are terrible and I will not be trying the new car wash. I lost money buying coupons for Clarkston's car wash and now I'm stuck with useless coupons. please use another car wash in the area. read more

I have tried to use this car wash now three times and three times I waited in line for 10 minutes to be turned away because of poor management and terrible terrible customer service and workforce (various excuses why they are not smarter than the computers essentially). They should go out of business that's how poorly it's ran. Don't waste your time or your money. This place is a joke. read more

I was in your car wash yesterday and wont be back. The employee with the mustache and shoulder length brown hair was quite rude. I was told to turn my wheel in one direction and I turned it in the other. The employee reached into my car and turned the wheel saying, YOU WERE TOLD TO TURN IT THE OTHER WAY as he scowled at me. He then said NOW PUT IT IN NEUTRAL AND DONT TOUCH IT. After the car was done there was no one to towel dry my car. When I got to my home, the drivers side was very dirty and I had to wipe the whole side down. I thought about bringing it back to redo but didnt want to deal with the rude employee. read more

Truck does not look washed. Only drove paved roads home and truck still had caked on dirt. Only one person power washing vehicles and did not do a quality job. read more

The car wash is decent, but the price is pretty uncompetitive and service a little uninspired. The vacuum cleaner is .75 and doesn't suck very well . I'll stick with town center auto wash across town from now on. read more

Took my car here last year while visiting family and ended up getting deep long scratches along the two front-left panels but never knew what it was from (thought it was a key job). Was able to have a body shop buff about 80% of the scratches out although not the deep ones. Took it there a few weeks ago again while visiting family from out of town and had the same scratches but this time they were much worse and won't be able to buff them out. $900 estimated body work from a $6 car wash! At least now I know to NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! read more

I wanted to leave a comment on the website but there is no contact information. So that brings me to Yelp. I normally leave the students a nice tip after they hand dry my car, this is the first time that I did not. The whole back of my car was running water off of it and the one kid glanced back then walked away. I had to get out and dry the back off myself. Overpriced and not my car wash anymore. read more

Aweful! It cost me $8 for a regular wash here. There is hardly any scrubbers so you are out in 10 seconds. I never saw any soap suds. Car looked horrible after and the staff were rude. Drive 2 more min down the road for a much better wash and experience. read more

Paid a lot of money for their top car wash! Car was still filthy after. Dirt everywhere! And the guys drying it off at the end couldn't even get the spots the machine missed. I would not recommend! Better off going to a self wash and just power washing your car, because that is what mine looked like when they were done with it read more

There isn't an option to rate a "zero", but that is what I would give this place. On my way out of the car wash yesterday, I had to get out and dry the back window of my truck myself because even though I specifically asked for it, my request was ignored. I thought it was a reasonable request, considering that I gave them a tip on top of the already overpriced car wash. So I got out to borrow a towel and do it myself. I said "I don't know why I tip you people; you never do what I ask". This seemed to really piss off the guy who was working. As I was getting back in my truck, the guy yelled (not said, but yelled) "YOU ARE A FUCKING DOUCHE BAG". After confronting him, some yelling, and demanding to see the manager (I left my truck in the way and demanded to see him then), he came out. The manager's response when I told him that his employee called me "a fucking douche bag"? He said "you are acting like one now". I couldn't believe it. Incredible customer service. It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever give this place a single penny again. read more

I've sprayed my car off at the quarter car wash and it came out better looking than this place. After three fails, I will not return. They also charge extra for wheel cleaner which I thought would be like armor all like most other car washes but it's not. I'm not even sure if they applied anything. Also not very good at drying off the vehicle and had dirt in all emblems and bumper. read more

Worker was belligerent to me and used the f-bomb with me when I said I wasn't going to come back again. That was my last trip there.

I would highly recommend traveling two miles down the road to Fosters Car Wash as this place is hands down awful. Car is never completely cleaned when you leave! read more
