OMG was WOW. Exterior detailing of my 2011 GMC Acadia gave it a whole new look and was completed in the time frame promised. Headlight restoration was top notch and an excellent value. Detailing included every inch of the exterior, windshield and all exterior components. The next time I filled up, noticed even the inside of the gas tank filler door and fixture were detailed. Make sure you jot down your miles with this outfit. My car had 3 more miles than it did when I dropped it off. Was assured it didn't leave the parking lot. Hmmmm.... My car was covered in dust when I arrived to pick it up. The only employee there had his personal truck inside the shop while my car was outside getting covered in dust. Water spots on the vehicle and a few new scratches to boot. The guy who detailed the outside called me and told me he used a sealer wax on the car, I didn't ask for this, and was up charging me $50. Crooked shit right there. Avoid these guys, they ain't no good. read more

The work was top-notch and probably the best detailing I've ever had done. However, the prices OMG charge are the highest I have paid as well. The price for a complete interior detail/deep clean on a 4-door car is way to high in my opinion. Also, the vacuum cleaner hose caught on my car's front seat button and burned up the seat motor that moves the seat back/forward. OMG said, "Sorry" and I had to pay for a new seat adjust motor. OMG didn't even offer to give me a free cleaning or detailing for my trouble. They just told me all about how they aren't responsible for that kind of damage that they directly caused. So I just won't go back. In summary...poor customer service, very high quality, extremely high prices = not a good value. read more

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee about a year ago from a local dealer. My husband bought me a gift certificate for O.M.G car detailing this past Christmas which honestly didn't think I would have needed. After winter was over I made an appointment with Marion and was extremely happy. So sparkling and shiny inside and out. Did not look this amazing when I bought it. Exceptional job! While they are booked out far in advance, it's well worth the wait! They're services included picking up and dropping off your vehicle for you at your home. Marlon picked up my car at my apartment. At first I was leery because he lacked a uniform, business card or work vehicle with a logo. It took some trust to let him just take my car but boy I'm glad I did. My vehicle looks great and this is coming from a guy with a wife and two small kids. 4 stars with one lost due to lack of professional representation from the beginning. I used their service recently, the gold package. When you have a car detailed you expect to have all the windows spotless inside and out. Basic 101 roll down the window and clean the top portion that is inside the weather stripping. The interior product that was used was a high gloss and had to be removed from the steering wheel due to being sticky and found it dirty after cleaning, had to redo the interior at home, not what you expect after a detail. Some of the issues were corrected by owner other than what was mentioned above before taking vehicle home. Overall the quality of the job was below par. Whoa. I should preface this review by saying I try to be a good customer but I'm pretty sure I was a pain in the butt to deal with this time! I gave him basically no advance notice and I couldn't drop my car off or pick it up and I needed it done today. Marlon did an amazing job. I'm getting my car ready to sell and my kid had my car looking gross with crumbs and random stains and sticky stuff. I didn't have a lot of hope in what he could do considering the state of the seats, but they look perfect. My car didn't even look this good when I bought it used from the dealership years ago. He picked up my car and dropped it back off for me and fit me in today, even working late to get me taken care of. I found him on Yelp and I'm so glad I did!!! Can not say enough good things. Same day service, picked up my car and brought it back like brand new!! We had a coffee explosion when my daughter shook the cold coffee travel mug full of coffee...stains and sticky mess everywhere! Not one stain left, it smells brand new and tires shine too.
