    Sloppy leftovers

STOP DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! Inexperienced workers. Left polish in every single crack of my car. Polish all over the plastic and chrome trim. Very sloppy work done, very careless. POWER WASHED MY CLEAR COAT OFF! Stay away from these dudes. Everything about this service was terrible. When the owner realized I wasn't happy tried to hand me 40$ back. Very unprofessional from the second he quoted me a price. He referred to me as "Ziebart guy", because his prices where the same. Not "better pricing" as in other reviews stated. If I could give NO stars I would. I'm warning you stay away.

I have the receipts for the screenshots as well and also the fake invoice that was sent over by the owner of MYST auto. Im more than happy to provide more detailed receipts, transaction logs, and evidence about this review since the owner will most likely reply and say "I told you the wrap was not perfect". Buyers - BEWARE the wrap job not being perfect was a HUGE understatement, the alignment on the vehicle is off, there are 4 dents on the vehicle, there are over 22 spots on the vehicle that are not wrapped, the quarter panel brackets are broken, the rear latch is broken, the passenger door is also broken (I can't post videos here), the wrap on the car is so bad it absorbs water in the wrap ( can see photos ) NONE of this information was disclosed. If you want to see a more detailed review on the buying process from this dealership, please search "MY ST AUTO" on tiktok & youtube in about 2 weeks from this post. We have two big channels who will be making a post about this with more details to advise buyers on the east coast and USA in general to be cautious from here. We will be posting chat logs between the dealership and myself, what they disclosed, the fake invoice they generated and the relationship between the fake invoice and dealer, and more. IF THIS DEALER PROVIDES YOU ANY INVOICES ON SERVICING ON THE CAR DO NOT BELIEVE IT. THEY GENERATE IT THEMSELVES. They also do not use current and up to date photos.

I bought a car from them. During the purchase and test drive, they emphasized several times that…read morethey offer a 15-day warranty. On the third day after the purchase, I contacted them about a problem: the wheel bearing was making noise and causing vibration. Although there were other issues, such as with the brakes, I decided that even though that repair would be more expensive, it was not a warranty case -- since brakes wear out much more frequently than bearings. I offered them two options: either I give them the car and they fix the issue themselves, or they reimburse me for the part -- the original bearing costs $230, and a good-quality aftermarket option costs $67. They refused both options and instead offered to buy me two bearings at $20 each. From my point of view, it seems like that offer was just enough to keep the car running smoothly for exactly 15 days -- after which I'd be forced to pay for the repair myself again. These guys don't take their warranty obligations seriously. If they refused to handle something as basic as a bearing issue, chances are they'll respond the same way if something more serious happens. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
