After her examine she suggested I go to the ER again, which I again refused, she would not let me leave until I said I would got to the hospital. Once at the hospital I failed the stress test and after a catheter and 2 stents I found out my artery was 95% blocked. According to the cardiologist if I would have finished cutting the grass I would have had a deadly heart attack. So, thank you NP Liza Raymond.

He had an upper GI at McLaren in Pontiac a few weeks later with Dr. Robert Ferguson and has not yet spoken with the doctor? Approximately $10,000 later... he has told the doctor's office that if they needed to go over any of the results or if they had bad news to call him. There was a scheduled video call at 6:45PM tonight and.....not really helping in a situation where he already doesn't trust the hospital system here!!!! Shameful!

I find her to be knowledgeable, caring and a no-nonsense type doctor who is professional, yet personable; efficient, thorough and direct; which is the type of doctor I seek out. She tells it like it is and has always been spot on for my issues. I am impressed with her recall of my past issues without looking up my chart. She does not push products or procedures like I have experienced with other dermatologists. She has always been on time and I do not feel rushed when she sees me. I moved to Arizona four years ago and continue seeing Dr. Caudill in Michigan because of the trust and confidence that I have in her examinations, diagnosis and treatments. She consistently explains things in a way that I understand. Her staff is equally as professional and caring. They work with me to accommodate my schedule when I fly in from AZ. Just last year I had to be in MI for two days on short notice and took a chance calling the office to see if Dr Caudill could see me. They squeezed me in at the end of the day due to my circumstances. I also recall one time when I was late for an appointment due to not allowing enough time for the snowy road conditions and they were so understanding, and I was still able to see the doctor. I have no reason to ever go to another hospital for help. I am always treated with respect and patience, no matter how horrible or emotional I feel. The nursing staff is really very good, as are the doctors. The rooms are all private which is a big plus for me. Housekeeping is there everyday to not only keep things clean, but to see if anything is needed from them. The staff is required to come to your room every hour to check on you, even when you haven't asked for anything. On top of all this, there is manager on each floor that is visits everyday. They work really hard to ensure their patients are comfortable and have everything they need. And there are a few things on their food menu that are actually very good ... Omlettes made to order for breakfast and yummy potroast. In addition to the pneumonias, I also had stomach cancer and lost my entire stomach and a few other organs I would have preferred keeping. After all I have been through, having a hospital like has meant so much to me. I can't change the sickness, but at least I know I can go somewhere to be taken care if so wonderfully.
