The office staff was very pleasant. I really appreciated that the new patient forms were quick and easy, since they auto fill the information that they have for you already. The nurse, Claudia, is a gem. She is patient and kind. Dr. Proctor was right on time and spent the perfect amount of time with me. He solved a problem in the office that other ENTs said needed to happen via surgery. He has some interesting technology that allows you to watch via monitor during the exam. That isn't something that I cared for, but I am sure other people would like it. A word to the wise, he is a popular specialist. You can expect a wait of 3-4 weeks for an appointment...it is worth it.

I have received ENT services since I was in elementary school and he is one of the best I have had over the decades. All staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was clean. The exam room was spacious. The waiting area was small. They also have a good system of reminding patients of appointments. About 5-6 days prior to the appointment I received a text message to confirm the appointment. I received another text the day of the appointment. I am very pleased to have found Dr. Succar and will be returning every three months for my ENT care.

I mentioned something to the nurse and the doctor himself and got no sympathy in return. Basically treated like a number instead of a patient. I returned for a post op visit today and made the earliest appointment I could in order to avoid a long wait and here I am still waiting to be seen an hour and 15 minutes later. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I heard my name mentioned in the hallway while I waited in the screening room and when no one came in I decided to walk out and ask if I had been forgotten and the nurse just said no, he'll be right with you. I don't recommend this office unless you have time to waste.

What's with the poor reviews?!…read more Dr Rosner is TRULY the best ENT in the region even if you don't care for him or didn't have the best customer experience. I had all kinds of headaches and vertigo and no ENT could solve my issues. I was finally pointed to Dr Rosner and he examine me and said, I don't think it's your ears or sinuses. I think it's your EYES. He was right. I had astigmatism and needed a prism. He saved my life! If you have a real issue, he knows his stuff! Will forever be grateful!

I also informed him that she was on multiple psychiatric medications, and that her psychiatric providers expressed concern about combining stimulants with her mental-health meds. Despite several notifications and documentation from her psychiatric treatment team, I did not see any reassessment of her stimulant prescription or coordination with her mental-health providers. She is now hospitalized for the second time this year and her medication conflicts are part of what her inpatient team is addressing. I'm sharing this so other families understand how important it is to advocate strongly when someone has complex psychiatric needs.

I paid it upon receiving the collection letter immeadiately, but now their "policy" is to REFUSE to see me because I did go into collections. So new mommies, SAVE YOURSELF THE ISSUES AND GO ELSEWHERE. I got the run around with my appointments when I was pregnant and I tried to look past that because I liked the doctors so much. Obviously, this practice isn't about helping women, it's purely about money. I hope that they realize they are part of a growing trend of not giving women a helping hand but instead putting them down.

I saw Dr. Cornelius 2 times, when she was friendly and personable. I liked her personality. She…read morere-ordered a pelvic ultrasound and gave me Estradiol cream and upon returning, said ultrasound it came back negative after the same test with my PCP came back with a pelvic cyst at 3 cm originally. I'm not sure how within a month a cyst can go away, but it was very odd. Also, she stated she couldn't find my PCP's 1st abdominal ultrasound because it's difficult to find (?), then finally found it. Then she said she could do an MRI, which she referred back to my PCP to do because 'we would just be 'chasing this thing'. Why would a pelvic pain issue be returned back to the PCP? I was shocked. Then she said she'll do some blood work. I check out and said when does she want a follow up, and they said that she marked the file with no follow up. So she doesn't want to follow up on my blood work or how the estrogen cream is doing, apparently. The receptionist got snarky with me when I asked doesn't she want to follow up on my bloodwork and results of the estrogen creme? She answered very testily with, "I'm just the scheduler, she doesn't have any notes for you to return". I think she basically just dismissed me without saying anything, so since that appears to be the case, I will not return.
