I contacted them today at about 1:30, needing a last minute, same-day flower delivery for a friend's birthday. The florist couldn't have been a more helpful, nicer person, and they arranged for delivery that afternoon to Fulton, MD. The flowers were delivered in under 2 1/2 hours, they looked beautiful, and I couldn't be any happier with the quality of the service provided. The cost was very reasonable for what we received. I don't frequently write rave reviews, but this one deserves it. We will be using their services again, not only for the quality provided, but for how friendly the florist was. Clarksville flower station almost ruined my wedding...i went in to discuss my flower arrangements with Sandy several months before my wedding. I had to call several times to get the quote so I started to get a bad feeling. I followed back up a couple months before wedding and then again about a week before the wedding to ensure everything was good to go. I was getting ready on my wedding day about to walk out to do my first look and it dawned on me that I haven't heard anything about the flowers... I called Sandy and she said everything on the paperwork says the 18th, I proceeded to tell here it is the 18th... then she said she will try to get them to my venue (my wedding was on a Friday, not a Saturday.... Not everyone has weddings on a Saturday, this should be known from someone who does wedding flowers for a living) I hung up. My mom called back for me because I just couldn't speak at that moment. She had an attitude with my mother on the phone and said "I can't make flowers if I am on the phone with you"...THE FLOWERS WERENT EVEN DONE... how could you say that your customer when you are the one that messed up... no sympathy what so ever on her part. She had her husband bring the flowers and he made it 5 mins before I needed to walk down the aisle. The flowers looked beautiful but I am so upset that if I hadn't called because I had a feeling I would have never had flowers on my wedding day. I ordered a delivery of a flower arrangement for a funeral. I received an email confirmation of the order from their website, so I assumed all was well. Unfortunately, they emailed me later that day stating that some of the flowers listed in the arrangement were unavailable, but I missed that email from them in my inbox and never responded. This email never stated that they were having any issue processing my credit card or anything related to payment. However, after finally seeing the email last night by chance, I called them today and asked if my flowers had been delivered at all. The order confirmation page states that substitutions might need to be made, so I just assumed they would have made a substitution and delivered the flowers accordingly. But no, they just didn't deliver the flowers at all, and the woman claims that they couldn't process my credit card and that they tried to leave me a voicemail (okay, no one else has had any issues leaving me a voicemail in the past few days but I guess she did, cool). Anyway, I never received any communication from them that there were any issues with processing my card or any indication that my flowers wouldn't be delivered. It would have been nice to get a follow-up email or phone call stating such. The person I spoke with on the phone, who I believe is the business owner, was VERY rude and combative about this, and repeatedly insulted me. It's concerning that someone with this personality is in a business that entails working with people who are grieving or celebrating important events. I noticed all the positive reviews on here seem to be from a few years ago so maybe things have gone downhill. I almost never write negative reviews of businesses, even when I have terrible experiences, but this one left a really bad taste in my mouth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service. Pictures speak louder than words. Please see the two pictures (Queen's Court by Teleflora) I uploaded of what the arrangement was supposed to be and what was delivered instead. These flowers were for my wife's birthday I ordered several days ahead while being out of country. Instead of ivy leafs they used eucalyptus, placed in some other smaller flowers which made the arrangement look uglier, and the roses' sizes were very disproportionate compared to what was shown on the picture. SEE IT YOURSELF! I called to complain and ask for a refund. After talking to some lady, a person named Dan, I believe, picked up the phone and asked me "What do you want?" He was very rude and offered that he can go back, pick up the arrangement from my wife's workplace, and deliver another arrangement of my choice on a later day. Eventually, Dan hung up the phone. When I called back and gave a lecture how to run a business professionally all he could do was apologize. Thanks for your apology, Dan! Enjoy my $87.33, you just lost a customer that likes buying flowers. read more

I had never heard of this florist before as most of my flower deliveries come from a florist closer to my home. I absolutely loved the bouquet I received! Not to mention they lasted for a good two weeks or so. I'm pretty picky when it comes to flowers so that's saying a lot! I'll definitely use them in the future! read more

After reading the great Yelp reviews, I decided to place a phone order for an arrangement of lilies as a birthday gift for a family friend. While placing the order, I asked for a picture of the finished arrangement to be sent to me by email. I never received any pictures from the store and was extremely disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers. Very disappointed customer here. The one other review on here was stellar so I was hopeful. Customer service upon initial contact was pleasant enough. Ordered three mother's day flower arrangements from out of state to be delivered to various maternal figures residing in the area. $35 for each arrangement, plus taxes and delivery fees for a total of $126.30. I was asked what kind of flowers I wanted, so I requested some roses to be in them but left the rest up to the florist. Imagine my disappointment when I come to find out later that the arrangement did not include A SINGLE rose (the ONE flower I specified) and all that $35 got me was a small arrangement of carnations, daisies, and alstroemerias--commonly known to be some of the cheapest kinds of flowers. The arrangements did arrive on time and the recipients of course were unknowing and just as appreciative, but I on the other hand was left feeling jilted and embarrassed. I had specifically gone to a floral shop directly knowing that going through a website often means a florist will skimp out on the flowers since the middle man takes a cut first. I know that 'those' flowers often arrive looking underwhelming to say the least. But you've gotta be kidding me. $35 directly into a florist's pocket and the best she could come up with was carnations, daisies, and alstroemerias? C'mon, we all know that a nice bouquet containing these types of flowers cost less than ten bucks at trader joe's. And they might even have a rose or two in them (gasp)! Sigh..... Would it really have hurt that much to work 3 or 4 roses into the arrangement and then go from there? I'm all for supporting local businesses and women-owned at that, but this shop was a huge let down. read more

Beware! Be very clear what you're ordering, and don't assume they will follow the pictures on their website. They sent out an arrangement that had no similarities to what I ordered, nor was it anywhere near the same value. When I complained, they picked up the original, and added a few more flowers. It was still unacceptable. Make sure the recipient of the arrangement sends you a picture. Otherwise, I would never have known. Extremely disappointed! read more
