I made all sorts of adjustments at my job to leave early and get to my appointment. I walked in and was told my appointment was set for the 20th and when I did not show up they "called and called me and even sent a text message" Gee, no missed calls or texts on my phone. The last straw was the stylist didn't even offer another appointment upon seeing my disappointment! Just told me she was booked...to say the customer service was beyond horrible would be an understatement!
