My car is a classic 1967 Camaro. Swapping a windshield isn't nearly as easy as the modern day cars. The trim is chrome pieces and lots of screws etc. Moises showed up in my driveway an hour early in the morning (I arranged the appointment the day before) and got right to it. He disassembled everything, then removed the old silicone, took a wire wheel to the surface rust, and primed it perfectly! Then he installed the new glass and reassembled the hardware with ease. You could tell he had done this many times before. I was leary when I called, but the job went perfectly and I can see out of my windshield once again! 5 STARS and good old fashioned customer service. Very attentive and responsive when I sent emails to Moises. I just got my windshield replaced today and I emailed Moises the day before so I was very grateful that he was able to get back to me in such a short time. My windshield had a small crack that soon became a large one that was headed toward the driver's spot, so I had to replace it as soon as I could. Mini of Santa Monica was too expensive for a windshield replacement and luckily Class Auto Glass was there fixing another Mini owner's windshield so I asked the guy if I can get a business card and that's all she wrote! It is hard to find good reliable service for auto repair. Class Auto Glass is one of the best in the business and is a pleasant exception to the rule. Moises was absolutely awesome in helping me repair a broken glass on my Range Rover Sport. My driver side window was broken while driving likely due to an errant stone. It was almost impossible to get the replacement due to part shortages and back order of the glass from Range Rover - I searched the entire country for the replacement and was not successful! Moises came highly recommended from someone I trust and he came through for me in a big way. I initially thought there was a leak in the back window of my car because the inside panels would be wet after it rains. I thought that the issue was with the seal around the window. Based on the recommendation of Rich of "Dents Out Plus", I reached out to Moses of Class Auto Glass. Because Rich does excellent work, I knew that I could trust his recommendation. Moses came out and assessed the situation. He did a few tests with the window and discovered that the leak is actually coming from the antennae on top of the car and the water would filter down to the sides which was why the inside panels were wet. The moisture had nothing to do with the window or the seal. He recommended that I see a car mobile phone service to fix the issue. I also had him check the damaged seal at the bottom of the front windshield and he indicated that it was really for aesthetics and was not a concern regarding water/moisture coming in to the car. Though I did not have to use Moses' services this time, I really appreciated the effort he made to come out and assess the issue and, more importantly, his honesty. He did not try to make up issues that did not exist just to get my business. I am confident that if Moses is this diligent and honest in just providing an appraisal, that his actual work would be of the same caliber. read more

Moises at Class Auto Glass is an auto glass master. A rock flew into my windshield on the freeway yesterday and made a small but noticeable star-shaped crack. I spoke to Moises earlier this morning and he gave me a competitive quote for a mobile repair. He arrived on time and now, not even two hours after I first spoke to him, the repair is complete. The windshield looks amazing and it is almost impossible to see the crack unless you know exactly where to look and even then you'd have to really examine the windshield closely to see anything.
