I highly recommend Ricardo. I called him early in the morning as I backed my car into a vent in the parking lot and shattered the back window. He picked up the phone (that's right; no buttons to push/selection to make) and gave me a fair price and time for the same day. He came to my work and fixed it in about 30 minutes. My co-workers-- who were watching from the lobby- were impressed at how quickly he replaced the glass and cleaned up after. He was very nice and trustworthy. Note: AAA recommended another place, but they didn't offer mobile service in the area where I worked (in DTLA!). Customer service was nice, but she definitely did not hear the urgency in my voice (very la dee dah...). AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Ricardo installed a new windshield on my car, the job went from bad to worse very quickly. The windshield was a knock off and they had major issues fitting/clipping the mirror back in place. They had to push the mirror hard outwards on the freshly installed windshield, and actually glue the mirror back on as they couldn't clip it in. There was glue everywhere inside and although they cleaned some of it, I had to go through a full pass at removing all the glue leftovers. You would think it would end there, but no... The windshield started leaking within 2 months of install. Ricardo came to fix the seal by adding more glue sealant. Also noticed that after the install, the wiper rain sensor connected to my mirror is not working properly. Then another leak in 4 months which they came and fixed again instead of changing the windshield, but at this point, patience is running out. Leading to, of course, another leak. Ricardo is telling me now that I'm out of the 1 year warranty, when it's been 11months... and are refusing to handle a replacement. read more

Found this guy on Google he has to be the most incompetent person I have ever met in my entire 10 years in the auto industry. A client had a window broken on one of our BMW M5 rental vehicles. I contacted this guy through Google he proceeded to argue with me for an hour that there is no such thing as a 2018 BMW M5 and the M5 was only from 2011-2016, dude, use Google it's your friend i sent him my vin and COUNTLESS sources showing my vehicle and he still proceeded to tell me it's a M550i which isn't the same car, how can you work on cars all day and not understand the difference it makes no sense to me. There are hundreds of VIN decoder websites and I think I would know what model a vehicle I spent $100k on is I own a 20 car rental fleet...would not recommend shop elsewhere read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ricardo and his team came at night for an emergency repair, I didn't get a chance to examine the window carefully but did notice marks that looked like smudge and his partner said it would come off so I trusted that. Next day I took it to the cleaners to specifically clean that spot and after closer examination realized it wasn't smudge and it was damage. I then called Ricardo thinking it would be a simple fix and he would just replace the window. Boy was I wrong! He fought me on this till the end. He refused to even think it could have happened before he replaced it or from the manufacturer and told me someone "must have threw a rock" at it. You can tell this isn't damage from a rock, it's not cracked and it's in two distinct different spots. It is pretty clear it is manufacturing damage. If you use him make sure it's in the day time and make sure you examine the glass in detail because if something goes wrong he will not take responsibility and will blame it on you. read more

Terrible experience. Use them at a huge risk! They were cheap so I called them. I needed them to install a passenger side window on my new car after someone busted it out . The window now squeeks when it goes up and down -- BUT the worst part. They damaged my door and refuse to pay for it or fix it. They created 2 screwe-driver sized outward dents on the door. It happened when they took the door panel out and were jerking around in there trying to jam in the window. Pay a few extra dollars if need be and get someone ne that knows what they're doing. My window got shot out with a from a bb gun. There was no damage done to the door. After he was done he even noticed that the door wasn't opening correctly and left anyways. My doors now permanently locked from the inside. I asked him to come out and just on assemble my door and put it back together. He refused. He was very rude. My window stopped rolling up. Gave him a call. He came right out, fixed the window. Nice and easy. Next time I rolled it down it scratched the tint on the inside of the window. When we called to see if he could come fix it (not the tint, the motor that was still not working correctly) he was very condescending, assuring us it was not his fault for the scratch and it was an entirely new problem and that he would charge us again for the service. Ricardo is VERY unprofessional. Someone smashed my girls driver side window so I scheduled an appt to get it fixed. He replaced the window and then tells me it doesnt go up/down so i asked him to fix it(which now goes down automatically but doesnt go back up on auto. He said the program will reset after 20miles on it's own and will work eventually...). Later on the day, I noticed the door panel was not fit snug so called him to readjust it and all he does is say it's not his fault, it was already like that, and yells and laughs constantly. He told me to swing by his house and first thing he does is give me the tip money I gave him back saying he doesnt need it. Then starts yelling and laughing again. And finally starts trying to take the panel off and saying he will unconnect the wires that makes the window go up/down since he didnt charge me. He also pulled the speaker out and says it's already broken so I have to superglue it back on now...I finally had to yell at him to stop and move away from the car so I can just get in the car and drive away instead of him messing things up more on purpose, which took quite a while as well. ZERO stars. The only positive thing about this guy is that he came to TRY to finish the glass repair job. I asked specifically first if the broken glass pieces would be cleaned out. He tried to finish the job and poorly put back together my car door, the alignment is off BOTH times. He should have told me up front he can't do what was promised. Not after. This guy is extremely unprofessional and complained that i was too picky, mocked me, and called me puta (b****) over and over to his employees as if i wouldn't know what that meant.
