Ted takes the time to explain exactly what's going on at every step, genuinely treats your car like it's his own, and works hard to get you the best deal possible while being completely upfront about costs. This time, I came in for a fender replacement, scratched rims, and a windshield replacement. I only wanted OEM parts. Knowing I was paying out of pocket and valuing that I was a returning customer, Ted significantly cut down on labor costs, repaired my rim for free, and comped the windshield moldings. All in, he saved me about $500 simply because I was a loyal customer. For comparison, another reputable shop in Santa Monica quoted me over $800 more (just for the fender and rim) and told me they have highly competitive pricing. Even if Ted hadn't saved me that $500, his pricing would have been significantly less than that quote. The fact that he then went even further to discount the work for a loyal customer says everything about how he runs his business. My car looks brand new and I'm so happy with the result.
