terrible shop i called and asked if they would put used tires on they said we will put on whatever…read moreyou want. my one tire had a bubble so i needed to put something on asap. i drive to the shop and he says he wont put the tires on because treads low and says its not the right size. like are you slow how do you have a shop, he says the front and back tires need to be exactly the same does he not know what a staggered set up is. the tires don't have to be exactly the same size front and back. so i had to drive back home on a bubble. he was very rude also in the way he was speaking to me.

They said the driver side say bar link was broken and needed fixed before it can pass Inspection. Cost me $297 dollars. I took it took a Certified mechanic and Inspection station and yes it needed back brake pads but rotors looked brand new and did not need replaced. All the front pieces of equipment was tight and nothing loose or broken, the front Strut need replaced but no additional work. Scammers.

Let me say this first, US Route 22 is one hell of a road to navigate, especially during the night…read more My luck of travelling this road at night has not been good. I have hit many items along the road and this past night was no different. It wasn't a small item, but a semi-truck tire. Sitting right there in the middle of the road. Having nowhere to go seeing how this tire was smack dab in the middle of both lanes, I hit it. In doing so, I ripped the wheel well cover of the car away from the frame and it was rubbing against the tire. I stopped that night and did a quick fix and made a note to stop at an auto store to pick up some parts. I was in need of some fasteners and knowing that this was on my way to work one day, I decided to give them a try. I walked in and found my aisle I needed, I found a fastener closest to the one that was ripped off and headed to the counter. The employee I had wasn't so sure and I believe it was this gentlemen's first day. He got the manager and he helped me beyond what he should have. I asked a few questions, he answered them amazingly and even showed me a tool that would be helpful in my repair. I thanked him, bought my items and was on my way. I am not the most car literate person and it was reassuring to have someone with more knowledge be sure enough of what they knew to get me where I needed to be with my car.

I found him online and he was local and had good reviews which I now confidently doubt are even real. He did arrive when I first called with another man and said he would be back and could fix my car. I gave him a $500 deposit. he came back to my house several times at all hours of the night unannounced. The third time he showed up at 10:30 at night and passed out in his van (expired inspection on his van too) and was unresponsive so I called 911 because I thought he may have overdosed. His vehicle was running with doors and hatch open and radio on. I even fed him because he looked sick. The police, with a drug dog, did let him go after an hour or so. The next day I noticed my keys were gone and I called him and he said he took them and needed $550 more to return my keys and complete his work. He was rude and hostile on the phone and kept calling. He did come back in the middle of the night and work on the car again. He then stated that I didn't hire him to fix my car but only to replace parts. I paid him the rest of them money just to get him to leave. He also texted me at 12:30 at night and asked me if my young daughters were asleep. With in one week my car broke down again and the compressor he had replaced had seized and completely ruined my engine due to incorrect repair and the engine is now totaled.
