Made an appointment for a back panel repair. Showed up at the allotted time, and was asked to bring the vehicle back in 2 hours, as they were "backed up." Returned 2 hours later, and was told they could not service me that day, as their gas line had been shut off. Made another appointment for the following morning. Showed up for the third time, an was told that the fella who was to do the repair was out inspecting another vehicle. I explained that this was my third time, and was met with a huffy explanation of "how this business works." read more

Very impressed with the work that was done on my car. I had a very bad rust area that went through the frame of my car and also a large scratch on the other side that was about 15 inch long and 3 inches tall. I received my car after a couple days and it was a seamless repair at a reasonable price. They also detailed my car after. I would highly recommend them! read more

Lucci's is awesome. When I got my car back it looked brand new. The cost was very reasonable and my car was ready in 3 days. One of the repairs was a fender that had been damaged in a prior accident. That business charged double the price of my repair. What they charged for a fender, was very close to the price of the fender and bumper at Lucci's. We took our truck there for an estimate after a minor accident. It took more than a week to get it on the schedule, then they called a few hours before my rental car was delivered to try to reschedule me due to the shop being behind schedule. This threw a major wrench in things as my husband uses the car to travel for work M-F. After being asked not to bother him at work Mr Lucci did just that and when I spoke with him again to address that situation he angrily told me that he wasn't even willing to put our car on the schedule to be repaired because he didnt "like my attitude" leaving us totally in the lurch. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. I would definitely steer clear of him, particularly if you are a woman as his treatment of me was both sexist and rude. read more
