Went to get my car washed/vacuum, asked for a Classic and was only to be disappointed. My car was empty and pretty clean minus some dog hair and the crumbs that build in the seats. They took their time "vacuuming" but by the time I got into my car it's like nothing changed. I will give them credit for being kind from the first gentleman who took my order, to the lady at the front desk and the gentlemen that wiped down my car. They cleaned my floor mats but my seats never got touched! I paid for my seats to be vacuumed. Dogs = dog hair and that's what I needed removed. Wasn't a lot but enough to know it should all been taken care of. Don't waste your money here. read more

This is my go to car wash. They are always pleasant and don't give me an attitude if I ask for extra attention in certain areas (back row where kids sit). They have a rewards club where after 10 washes you get a free one on the house. Tuesday is "ladies day" and Wednesday "senior citizens". They have a nice waiting area and free coffee/tea. I try to go in the morning but have gone over lunch time as well. The line moves even over lunch break and the detail to the car is equally good. Thanks guys for always doing a good job! read more

Came here over the weekend in hopes of finding a car wash that does the job rite. I asked for a few specific things to be done like power wash my floor mats and to not use armor all on the leather. As I waited for the guys to be done wiping down my car I looked over the car, at first glance the car looked great on the outside but once I got home I noticed a lot of dirt under my seats and they also left a puddle of what looked like dirty Windex in my cup holders. Once I got home I had to finish the job myself after paying just about $30 for the VIP car wash. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere. read more

What incredible service I got on my new Passat here. The wash was thorough and at a good price but I noticed I had gotten sap on my hood (not their fault) I freaked out and got the very nice lady manager from her office. She and the other manager looked at it and said sit tight for ten minutes. The got All The Sap Off free!!! And they were so gracious about it. They made me a customer for life . After a weekend down the Jersey shore, may car needed a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, Classic did not deliver. I paid $23 for one of their top service categories, hoping that would get me their attention. After the wash : - Allow wheels cleaned only on outer edges. Near hub, still dirty (black) -Rear view mirror was not cleaned. -Door sills were not cleaned -Trunk still full of sane; obviously not cleaned, even though I saw the guy in there -ash tray was not cleaned -rear leather seats still had traces of mud Not a good place. 6/6/20 I stopped yesterday for a car wash. I've been a steady customer via Groupon deals. I always felt the staff did a great job on my vehicles. Yesterday I was politely told that they have dropped Groupon and I need to call Groupon for a refund. I get that. What troubled me is that only one employee was wearing a mask. The boss had no mask and the people in and out of my vehicle had none on either. I wore a mask to protect myself and others. Disappointed that the boss and staff had so much disregard for their customers...... most likely ex customer. read more

Took my car here for a wash. Will not return here again. The guy that vacuumed my car stole all the lose change I had in it. Didn't realize until I had driven away. Called the shop immediately and talked to the manager. He said they clean out the vacuums at night to collect the change. WTF? I cannot tolerate a thief and I cannot trust this place. Here's a suggestion to the manager: instead of stealing the money from the cars, why don't you donate it to a food bank or shelter instead of allowing your employees to steal from your customers? He did offer to pay me back but i was more concerned that he is allowing theft. He didn't get the big picture. read more

I may be mistaken, but when I think about a detailing service that costs a few hundred dollars I expect that that money pays for something more than a basic car wash and vacuum. My car in general is very clean, no stains or anything like that. I brought it for a detail hoping that for the cost it would be cleaned IN DETAIL. Unfortunately I can't tell the difference between what I paid for here and the times I've paid $20 for the full service after a regular car wash. Wheels were cleaned but plenty of dirt left, streaks on plastic inside car, still little bits of dirt in crevices. I would stay away from spending your money here. read more

Not a fan! For the package that I paid for, only half was done including only half of my car was cleaned on the inside! The tires were simply wiped down, but no tire shine, which was stated in package I chose! I shouldn't have to come home and wipe down the inside of my car when I just paid for it 5 minutes prior! They also must not clean their rags properly because it now smells of mildew! Needless to say, I won't be returning! read more

I've been here a couple times and pretty much the same experience every time. No line, slightly cheaper then other places and overall poor to moderate job on the car wash. I go because it's quick and easy not because they do a good job. This picture was after a $23 car wash. If you aren't picky, it's ok for a quick wash especially in winter to get the salt off. read more

I agree with Patricia, the office staff were friendly but the other employees are useless. After my car had been washed they simply parked it without informing it was done. I was under the impression they were waiting for it to dry before spray waxing it, but no it was done. When I attempted to ask the guys what was going on they simply ignored me. Once home i noticed dog hair on my fleece, after inspecting the rear seats and trunk they were still cover in dog hair! they barely cleaned my truck, 90% of the work is done by machines all they had to do was vacuum and dry it! I was very disappointed with the overall experience, i would recommend auto lube on the other side of rt17 at least they clean your car! read more

Terrible car wash for the money. I just spent $28.95 for a VIP car wash, I got into my car and the center console wasn't wiped down (I'm not referring to the cup holders as those are never touched Because that is extra), only 1/2 of the dash was wiped and a portion of the windshield was missed as well. For a quick vacuum and 1/2 a** wipe down I could have done this at home for free. I'll upload pics as this is disgraceful. Where is the quality control? Isn't that why a manager or owner is on the premises??? I will not go here ever again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Car wash was 16.95 . My car was hardly wiped semi dry. The wash included the floor mats being washed. Only 2 were. The interior door panel was still dirty, console was not cleaned and the rear hatch was not vacuumed. I usually come here for an oil change too. I will not be back. Terrible service. I paid for their most expensive wash. They didn't do any of the final items. Instead of vacuuming mats they left them in and blew all the dirt and debris around my car. Didn't wipe anything down inside is still all dusty. Then instead of telling me the car is done you can take it and leave, the guy yelled at me that I can't leave my car there (even though they are the ones that put it there). Would never go back. Absolutely horrendous experience here this morning- I had been coming here for years as its the most convenient to my house... I was verbally assaulted by another customer who was "disturbed" or something by something else that occurred there. Instead of employees or management attempting to resolve or defend, they all scattered. To make matters worse, when I walked outside to get my car- the attendant washing my windows asked if I could "hold up just a sec, I'm shazaaming the song on the radio". I wish I can give negative star rating. This is absolutely the worst car wash in the state. They now pick out some luxury cars to do only hand wash, no standard wash charging at least double. The hand wash is the worst you can imagine. You would think a $35 + tax handwash would get you a clean car but, you would be so wrong. You wait at least 30 minutes while doing nothing to the car. The car wash only takes 5 minutes. Tires not dressed and floors were still dirty. They werent like this before. Maybe, there is a new owner. Just stay away!!!! read more

For a VIP treatment I should have gotten a full vacuum and dusting because that's what the description states. This time I did make them aware that my car was still dirty and they did fix it and were pleasant about it. The WORST car wash ever. I had bad service and car wash here before. I was desperate to get my car washed and all the other cat washes had very long lines so I decided to give Classic Auto Spa another chance. It was literally a joke. When my car was finished ($26.00 later) it was still dirty. They did not wipe down the inside of the car at all. They barely vacuumed and the outside front windshield still had the windshield wiper marks. They must not have used any kind of soap or anything g to wash the car because it literally still had dirt on it after it was washed. They "washed" my rubber mats which I paid extra for and literally just threw them back in the car wet. When I asked for a wet rag so I could wipe down the dash and vi dole which were still dirty they were very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There is a reason there is no line. read more

I have been taking my cars to Classic for quite some time. Always had wonderful service and a sparkling clean car. Since my company moved to Parsippany I've had to deal with other car washes and have just been missing Joe and his crew. I'm not really sure how anyone can really complain about a car wash- it's not a highly-skilled job for the towel-dryers and so forth. If something is wrong... Complain. Joe will always make it right. Ya gotta love those people that DON'T regularly wash their cars and then complain that the $17 car wash didn't get all the mess out of their cars. Listen-- 30 lbs of cereal, 6 months worth of accumulated dog hair, and nasty old crusty food caked all over your center console isn't gonna get fixed by a $17 car wash. If you complain that your car wasn't clean... but it came in looking some Sanford and Son piece of shit... You're just living in a fantasy world. Slobs. Oink oink! Went for an oil change and used a Groupon was told that the filter was extra. What oil change comes without a filter. I should have know that somewhere there would be an up charge as in the beginning the guy thought that I would have to pay for extra oil. Beware not worth the discount. Similar problems to other reviews...I got the "vintage wash" and they didnt really vacuume, didnt wipe down inside, did one swipe of a cloth and called that good. Door jams not cleaned at all, rear window still dirty. Total let down. I dont expect the world of these quick wash places but this was terrible. So I had been going to this place for years for oil changes, tire rotations, fluid drain and replace, etc. and their oil change service is great. I always got a free interior/exterior wash as part of my oil change and they always did a great job. Well, I recently got a new vehicle and brought it for a wash. Like a lot of other patrons I think I came on a bad day because it was the worse wash I ever got! I pulled up and told the guy that I wanted an exterior and interior wash and I asked him to please scrub the windshield and lights well because there was some kind of oil on them - he says ok and then tells me to please go inside. I walk through to pay and before I realize it there is my vehicle coming through! That was a bit fast I thought. Then as my vehicle is coming out of the tunnel it starts rolling out fast and I thought it wasn't gonna stop - it did roll back and for whatever reason not one of the three guys wiping down the vehicles cared as to what was going on. One of them finally stopped drying off the suv in front of mine and drove my vehicle forward. They dried my vehicle but were less than enthused. Admittedly it was surprising that it was so empty that there were no patrons getting oil changes or car washes - then again it was 5:00 on a Monday. Before I get into my vehicle I check the windshield and lights and they appear to be clean. As I get inside I see that the interior was not cleaned at all! I don't have time to bring my car all the way around and through the car wash again so I leave and as I drive down the road as the sun shown through I could see the streaks of oil on the sides of my windshield and my rear window was streaked. I have never experienced service like this from them before which is really too bad. I haven't given up on them yet. I will be back -- but if its as bad as this time was, they will lose a customer. read more

I stopped in to have car washed. I emptied the trunk and car so it could be vacuumed easily. They did a half job. They never vacuumed the trunk. I doubt they even opened it. The inside of windows were streaked from using dirty rugs to clean it. They didn't roll the windows down to clean the rims and they only cleaned the inside front window none of the others. I paid for classic clean and I'm sorry I did. The cashier kept me waiting while she was in the phone although she was pleasant when she got off the phone. I will not be going back here for a car wash. read more
