At the very best they do a 4 out of 10 job. I always need to have them re-wipe the interior. The vacuum job they do is never to a level you would expect. I have the monthly plan for $46.00 x mo. I have to go there each month just to get my receipt, they will not email it to me. Only 1 person there knows how to print a receipt so if that person is not there I have to come back. Very poor customer service. If there was another car wash business in town I would switch. read more

I visited this car wash for the first time today. I was going to do the VIP wash, but figured since it was my first time there I would just do a full body exterior wash and see how it went. Needless to say, I am glad I didn't go for the upgraded wash. I paid $32 for a full wash, to include under body and tire wash and shine. My car is filthy. I got home to inspect my car, and I am not sure what I paid $32 for. There are spots and splatter all over. You shouldn't advertise a full wash if that's not what people are getting. Decent car wash, my only complaint is they didn't rinse the car mats but overall a quick clean wash at a reasonable price.

Don't waste time going here. The owner is racist and sits there doing nothing. I asked if I could just get an interior wash and he said nope have to go through exterior wash also. I have a cleanest car and know it will scratch my paint. Their shammy cloths when entering car wash were filthy as if they weren't cleaned for months. This car wash will most likely scratch your low profile rims and take zero responsibility for it. When I moved to Bergen County, NJ several years ago I chose Wyckoff Wash as THE place to wash my car and the cars of others in my family. I was a loyal customer for nearly 2 years and even had a monthly plan for that entire time. They did a decent enough job, but after the third time I went to Wyckoff Wash and found them closed for no good reason that I could tell (it wasn't raining, was definitely regular business hours, etc), I switched car washes. Flash forward to a week or 2 ago. I finally bought a new car and took it there to try them out again. Before I got back in my car after the wash, I noticed my brand new GTI driver's side rim was scratched on every spoke. These perfect little half circle scratches that absolutely were NOT there right before I went through their car wash were everywhere. They claimed it wasn't their car wash and told me to never come back, because they "didn't want any trouble". I left my name and number to have someone call me about the damage and of course no one ever did. What a way to treat a customer who gave them so much business. Needless to say I WILL NOT be back. I hope the smug owner of this place scratches his own rims on his own car wash. This place is a joke! read more

Manager Francesco, is very unprofessional, rude and ignorant. Told me that whenever he is there he would honor my price. Not only did he not honor my price but was exactly rude about it. I've been here probably 15 times over the last few years, and it's gone way downhill. I paid for the most expensive wash, and the car didn't even look vacuumed, the dash wasn't wiped down, all of the floor mats were thrown in haphazardly. Check out the pics. DO NOT go to the Lukoil in front of this car wash !!!!!! Attendant pumped $10 of gas instead of the $20 I asked for and PAID him for. He decided to pocket the $10 he took but didn't give me the gas I had paid for. I didn't realize it until I was on 208. Called Car Wash and spoke to attendant who said he thought I had asked for $10 and he hadn't looked at the money I handed him and thought one of the $10 bills was a $1??????????? HORRIBLE CAR WASH. Don't waste your money. I paid almost $40 for a service that included washing my floor mats. When the mats weren't cleaned I drove back around to ask FRANKIE to wash the dry, still dirty floor mats. FRANKIE began arguing with me that he did wash them and that they already dried. After I told him that I was standing there the whole time and I saw him not clean them, he then stated yelling at me that's it's complimentary and that he didn't have to do it. I pointed to the sign which lists all of the services that I paid for, which did include washing the floor mats. FRANKIE still argued with me. WHAT A DISGRACE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Paid $28 for a #2 and didn't get anything done right. Interior barely touched with no detailing inside. And I had to argue to get the tire shine I paid for. Expensive, poor management and it took forever. No good. read more

Lately the service here has been terrible. This last time I went I paid for the "super clean" assuming they would spend a little more time on the interior. Horrible job. None of the seats had been wiped down or vacuumed. The seats were still dirty and covered in crumbs. They were supposed to spend extra time vacuuming carpets but it looked like a quick once over. When I pointed out these things they gave a everything a quick wipe down but it was hardly super clean. Also the last couple of times I have been here the wheel rims have not been cleaned well either. Disappointing to receive such a low level of service when you pay extra. read more

So 1st the car wash ripped a logo off my car and the did nothing then they ruined my polshed aluminium rims by spraying them with chemicals that i didn't pay for nor desire. I pursued the owners to speak to me about the situation and make it right but they dodged me like they were slum lords. Do not go here unless you dont care care about your car. Located in a gas station they have a shot "tunnel" in which you car is taken past a series of "brushless" brushes then wiped down near the gas pumps of this still working gas station. Somewhat expensive for what the do. The big test is how clean the car came and in this area they failed. There were several spots that had dirt still clinging on and the people wiping the car never bothered to notice. I had to point the spots out and then they cleaned wiped them. The biggest indicator is the cleanliness of the glass. Here they failed badly and when I returned home I got out the windex and paper towels to do the job. Won't be going back. read more

Typical car wash place, the exterior wash is same as any other place. Disappointed in the undercarriage wash option...its literally useless. It's a very weak spray and coverage area is minimal. When you walk inside and watch it you can see how terrible it is. My garden hose does a better job. I wouldn't mind going back just for exterior washes but I met one rude attendant there that ruined the place for me. He was one of the power spray guys in the front. I would never go back since there are other places in the area. read more
