The pricing is a bit high, but I did not mind as it was way more convenient than dropping my car off and it being at the shop all day or waiting an hour somewhere else. As soon as I pull into the machine the guy soaping cars says they're not doing finest cleans today. They should put a sign so you don't pay and then get into an argument to get a refund. Purchased the "Finest Wash" $49. Wanted to pay with cash, the machine would not accept my $50 bill, no problem I had a $100 bill, but was informed that $100 bills are not accepted. ??? Okay, credit card, this comes with a credit card surcharge. I entered the waiting area hoping to speak to someone, but the desk remained unoccupied while I waited. I wanted to get change for the $50 dollar bill, in order to leave a tip, otherwise I had a $1 bill in my wallet, oh well. My next stop was Aldi, I reached for my quarter in the cup holder, but only a paper clip remained, so no shopping cart for me. To add insult to injury the wash itself was not great. Came back today for another oil change, after being pulled up by one employee and waiting, I was then informed that they were out of oil, and this has been an issue since last week. Huh? I took advantage of the grand opening promotion (through 1.22) for an Elite Car Wash. I think it's great that there is a new car wash business on 17. Everything looks great, employees a optimistic, and the service is pretty good. I will say that I believe their prices are competitive with the car wash across the street, BUT this place does not offer vacuuming service. As for the wash itself, it left my car looking like new! I did notice some people have water/suds on the trunk lids so it may be worth them changing up the water angles or having the guys who dry off your car at the end to inspect for this. They do provide a large row of self-serve vacuum stations. They do a standard job but I would have loved to see the narrow tip to fit in all crevices and remove more dirt. read more

Weeks After This Place Opened, Am Usually There Twice per Week & Have Been Pleased w/The Service Until Approx. 4-5 Months Ago When The Original Management & Team Where All Let Go & Since Then It Has Been a Downward Spiral. During The Transition, They Had Massive Data Loss & As A Member, The Access Bar Would Not Automatically Open For Over Months For Me & Many Others I Spoke With, After We Were Repeatedly Guaranteed That The Problem Would Be Resolved Before Our Very Next Visits. The Last Straw Was On Sunday 03/02/25, When I Pulled In To See On The Screen, That My License Plate Was Terminated & Of Course The Access Bar Was Would Not Open. When I Inquired As To Why, I Came To Find Out The Ownership Had Chosen To Raise The Pricing & That My VIP Membership Nearly Tripled To The New Price of $149.00/Month. They Decided To Never Address This w/Me, But Rather Just Terminate My Membership w/o My Prior Knowledge. After Voicing My Extreme Displeasure, I Asked To Have My Membership Reinstated & At My Historic Price & Was Told The Best They Could Do Is $95.00/Month. So This, Combined w/The Deteriorating Wash Quality & Total Lack of Service, Have Left Me w/No Choice, Except To Look For a New Car Wash Who Actually Values Their Loyal & Longstanding Customers & Would Would Strongly Recommend The Same, For Anyone Reading This Total Honest & Accurate Review. This place is next to a liquor store I frequent and when I saw that it finally opened up, I decided to give it a try. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. I drove right up to pay station and that's when I realized that it's a fully automated system and you don't get out of your car. I was somewhat disappointed because automated systems never get certain spots on cars (i.e. the space between the side view mirror and the body, or the one inch area on the rear window because there may be a spoiler attached). I also don't like automated systems because they are never maintained properly. There's always this one water jet that sprays in some weird direction and doesn't do anything. Well, this system and place has changed my mind for the better. There was a gentleman standing at the pay station to help out if someone had a problem. It's fairly easy to pick what you want and then just drive in. There's another person in the actual wash bay that does a prewash and then you just hang out until you get to the end. What I like about this place is that you have people at the end wiping down the spots the air dryer doesn't get. My car hides water in weird places, so when I saw a few drips and streaks later on, I didn't blame them...that's just the car. Now what about the inside of the vehicle? Well, that's something you have to do yourself...unless you pay for the top end package. I did one step down from the top end package because I wanted the undercarriage done (road salt) and the tires. The good news is that they have vacuum's you can use, they are free, and there is no time limit. What I like about their setup is that they have the usual wide mouth tool, BUT they also have a crevice tool setup that is a real nice added touch. The vacuum station also has a space to hold your mats while you vacuum if you really want to go over the top. I like washing my car myself, except in the cold weather, but this place may very well be my new favorite. I have one issue and I don't know if this is something they could add or just something I have to deal with. I don't understand why they guys at the end of the wash can't open the doors and wipe the sills down. I know it's an extra step, but it would be a nice added touch! Overall, if you don't like getting out of your car, and you don't care about whether or not the inside gets vacuumed out, then this is the place for you. read more

I paid for the Finest wash, but received the Basic wash. As I'm waiting for the light to change from Basic to Finest right before my car enters the actual wash, I lower my window to tell the guy and get the orange square for my dashboard, but I can't get my window up in time to stop the water and soap from flowing into my car drenching me and my interior. The only issue is when you pull up to the touch screen to choose your service somebody immediately comes up to you and asks you which service you want and proceeds to work the touch screen for you. You don't even get a chance to look at the levels of service because someone is in your face immediately asking you what you want. It's distracting and unnecessary. I went to this place to get a free car wash as has been advertised for sometime now. However, when I pulled up to the place, I was told that was only for an exterior wash, and that to have the car vacuumed, I would have to buy a $55 package. I then produced a prepaid card that I had from the previous ownership before it closed for renovations. I was told that they would not honor that card. I then left the institution, but before I did, I told the gentleman that if you're going to advertise a free wash, you should also tell the people that it is only for an exterior wash.
